
BCECE 2025 counselling has been concluded. There were three rounds of counselling conducted for admission to the BCECE 2025 participating institutes. The BCECE counselling process was conducted from August to October. The mode of the counselling process was both online and offline. Candidates could register and fill choices online from the BCECEB website. The final stage of the counselling is offline, where selected students have to visit the allotted institute.
Qualifying candidates who were shortlisted in the merit list as per the results of BCECE 2025 were called to participate in web counselling by registering and filling out choices. Candidates had to secure the allotted seat by choice locking and fee payment. The BCECE exam was conducted on June 7 and June 8, 2025. BCECE is conducted for admission to Agriculture, Paramedical, Pharmacy and Nursing courses.

BCECE 2025 Counselling Process
The BCECE counselling process is described below.
1. Registering online: The counselling process kicks off with registering online. Candidates have to go to the official site and click the 'Online Counselling' link appearing on the landing page. Subsequently, the candidates must register by entering their BCECE 2025 Roll Number, Name, Father's Name, and Date of Birth. 2. Online choice/option entry: The next stage is when the candidates mark their options from the list of available colleges in order of preference.
3. Provisional seat allotment: BCECEB will provide candidates with a provisional seat allotment list. Instead of the candidates simply checking their list, they will be required to log into their accounts to verify their name in the allotment list. If the candidates feel they would like to secure their provisional seat offer, they are able to click the freeze option, or if they prefer to pass they can click the float option. In the event candidates click freeze, they will be issued a Provisional Seat Allotment letter which will include the counselling venue, time and other relevant information for the final confirmation of seat allocation process. The candidates will be required to download the provisional allotment letter and print copies to take to the new counselling venue.
4: Confirmation of seat: After they have verified all documentation as offered in their provisional allotment schedule, the candidates are required to log in once again for the final confirmation of their provisional allocation.
