In the event candidates click freeze, they will be issued a Provisional Seat Allotment letter which will include the counselling venue, time and other relevant information for the final confirmation of seat allocation process. The candidates will be required to download the provisional allotment letter and print copies to take to the new counselling venue.

4: Confirmation of seat: After they have verified all documentation as offered in their provisional allotment schedule, the candidates are required to log in once again for the final confirmation of their provisional allocation.
