BCECE 2026 preparation process should be started by students aiming to appear for the exam at least six to 12 months in advance. The first move is to know the BCECE exam pattern and syllabus. After that, they should get the right books to complete the BCECE 2026 syllabus, followed by solving mock tests and past question papers.

Candidates have sufficient time until the exam day to brush up on their skills and completely revise the syllabus. The BCECE 2026 exam is expected to be held in offline mode in the first week of June 2026, at various exam centres. Q:   In which mode is BCECE exam conducted?
A: 

The BCECE is conducted through offline mode (pen-and-paper-based). The BCECE 2026 question paper will consist of 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions with four answer options per question. Answers have to be marked on the OMR sheet with blue or black ballpoint pen.

Q:   Is there a negative marking scheme in the BCECE exam?
A: 

Yes, there is negative marking in the BCECE exam. One mark is deducted for each wrong answer. For each correct answer, four marks are given. Each subject paper contains 100 questions. Full marks for BCECE exam 400.

Q:   What subjects should I prepare to appear for BCECE paramedical exam?

BCECE aspirants are advised to solve previous years paramedical question papers. The BCECE patamedical exam carries a total of three subjects, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The number of questions asked in the exam is 100. 

Q:   How much time will be provided to attempt BCECE exam?
A: 

The exam duration of BCECE paramedical exam is 4.5 hours. There will be 1.5 hours (90 minutes) each to attempt three sections namely, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. In this duration, candidate will have to solve 300 multiple-choice questions in offline mode.

Yes, candidates need to sign on the BCECE admit card. But the signature should be done on the exam day in the presence of the invigilator. In case test takers sign on the admit card before the exam, it may lead to cancellation of the test.
