It is expected that candidates are very familiar with the UP BEd JEE exam pattern; however, it becomes imperative to understand the structure of the UP BEd JEE exam, which includes two papers. Paper 1 consists of General Knowledge and Language (Hindi/English), while Paper 2 covers General Aptitude and Subject Ability (Arts/Science/Commerce/Agriculture). Apart from that, candidates must also understand the marking scheme and learn the number of questions, total marks, and negative marking if any. This will help them in attempting the questions easily.
Focus on Paper 1
Once candidates are well versed with the format and UP BEd JEE Syllabus it is time for them to focus on the papers. The first paper is the General Knowledge which has questions from Indian History, Geography, Politics, General Science, and Current Affairs and questions from Language (Hindi/English). For this section candidates must improve their comprehension skills, grammar, vocabulary, and sentence correction. Both these papers will have 50 questions from each section (General Knowledge and Language) and will carry one mark each. The time duration of this section will 3 hours. The total marks will be 200.

Focus on Paper 2
After completing the focus on Paper 1 it is time to focus on Paper 2. Section 1 of paper 1 is General Aptitude. While preparing for this paper candidates are advised to work on logical reasoning, mental ability, analytical skills, and data interpretation. Section 2 of paper 2 is the Subject Ability. For this section candidates can prepare according to their chosen subject (Arts/Science/Commerce/Agriculture). They must review key concepts and theories related to these subjects as the difficulty level of this section will be easy to moderate level. Both these papers will have 50 questions from each and will carry one mark each. The time duration of this section will 3 hours. The total marks will be 200.
Revision
It is advised that candidates revise areas where they are weak in General Knowledge. For Language, practice reading comprehension and grammar exercises. For General Aptitude and Subject Ability, solve aptitude problems and puzzles. Try to work on areas where you are weak at alongside attempting the UP BEd JEE question papers. Get past year papers and solve them under exam conditions. Analyze the performance, identify weak areas, and revise those topics.
