The university offers four-year full-time BE/BTech courses in various specialisations on-campus and through affiliated colleges. In addition, apart from the regular BE degree, Annamalai University also offers part-time BE courses covering four specialisations. BE Lateral entry courses are also available. Admission to the UG courses is based on merit, seats are further allotted to the shortlisted candidates through TNEA counselling. Annamalai University offers BTech as a 4 year UG-level course with an annual intake of 1080 students. The University offers BTech with a tuition fees ranging from INR 1.5 Lacs to INR 7 Lakh. Admission to any specialisation of BTech, requires for candidates to secure a minimum aggregate of 45% in Class 12 or qualify the eligibility as suggested by Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Govt of Tamil Nadu.
