Well-equipped for radiography with strong infrastructure and clinical exposure.

Placements: Around 60-70% of students from the B.Sc. radiography course get placed. The average package offered is around 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA. Some students got internships in diagnostic centers and hospitals like GNRC and Ayurshundra. Common roles include radiology technician and MRI/CT scan operator.

Infrastructure: Campus is well-equipped with modern labs, high-speed Wi-Fi, a good library, and digital classrooms. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms, 24X7 water and electricity, and regular cleaning. Mess food is average but hygienic. Medical support and basic sports facilities are available too.

Faculty: Faculty members in the B.Sc. radiography department are knowledgeable and approachable. Most teachers have good subject knowledge and focus on practical learning. The curriculum is up-to-date and includes hospital visits and lab training, which makes it relevant to the industry. Exams are moderately difficult, but manageable with proper study. The pass percentage is quite decent.

Other: I chose this course because I have a keen interest in medical imaging and diagnostics. The best thing about this course is the practical exposure to radiology labs and hospital tie-ups. Campus life is vibrant with annual fests, cultural events, and friendly crowd. One area of improvement could be better placement support and more clinical internships. Faculty was really good, as well as the campus.

Placements: In our course, 100% of students got placed. Since it was a paramedical course, the college provided hospital placements instead of salary packages. We got placed in hospitals, such as Apollo Hospital, AIIMS, etc. All students in our course received scholarships at government hospitals like GMCH and other state government hospitals. The top roles in our course involved helping doctors properly detect diseases through advanced imaging technologies like MRI, CT scan, and X-ray. Our course provided proper information about diseases.

Infrastructure: Our facilities were very good. The hostel was also the best. Food was available in both the canteen and the mess. Our hostel had a pharmacy where we got all the medicines we needed. The sports facilities were in our university. All kinds of sports were available, such as cricket, football, badminton, swimming, and there was also a gym.

Faculty: In our university, most teachers have a Ph.D. degree. They had the best teaching quality and vast knowledge. The university conducted computer-based exams for the semester. The exams were very strict, and the pass percentage ranged from 90 to 95. The staff were friendly and taught us well.

Other: I wanted to become the best radiography technician. That is why I selected this course. Events and fests were the best in our university. They provided up to 100% scholarship to students. Extracurricular activities like gym, yoga, and swimming were all available at our university.

All about radiography technician in Assam Downtown university.

Placements: The percentage of students in B.Sc. Radiography is good enough like approximately 200 students are there in this course in one batch, away from it the highest average package offered in this course is basically depends upon your academic promance but mainly it's something around 5lakhs/annum where the lowest is 2 Lacs per annum, because I am in medical line so hospital are there where u can do your intern after completing the course and later on you can apply for the job in the same hospital itself but if your taking courses like MBA or others companies like Microsoft, Amazon and few new startups are there as your placement, approximately 40% students are getting their placement through college, the top role is the senior radiography technician in an hospital if you take Bachelors in radiology.

Infrastructure: Facilities like whiteboards and a adjustable classroom is there but Wi-Fi is very limited like you get only 34mb as free Wi-Fi no smart board or projector is been there when I am studying there maybe in future these are available rather than that canteen is very affordable compare to others, library is also there hostel is also decent with a decent mess food like all over universities and colleges do rather than that co-curricular activities like drama singing dance etc. Are there.

Faculty: Teaching quality is decent not too bad maximum teacher or professors are Ph.D. holders, course curriculum is also decent I am not sure it can make fully ready a student for the industry, exams are quite difficult but ofcourse it's depends upon your academics and the pass percentage is 33% universal.

Other: Since from the beginning I have interest in medical field so I found this course very beneficial to fulfill my dream, the best thing of this course is rather you can work in hospital or open your own radiology clinic after this course, I wish if they can upgrade classroom and quality things like smart board and other things as they charge the fee, every year they perform yearly fests where special celebrities are came.

The campus is quite good as it is located far away from the city.

Placements: Placements are mostly given to B.Tech and business students, while medical students rarely get offers. Top recruiting companies include Amazon and Apollo. In my course, most students get internships through the college, with the highest package being 15 Lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, and I would rate the food a 5 Star Plus. The canteen provides the best food, with more than 7 canteens on campus and a grocery store. The food is good, hygienic, and worth the money, not too expensive.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. However, there are no digital classrooms in our department, despite the high fees. The course curriculum is relevant and helps students gain skills that can prevent unemployment in the future.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to learn valuable skills and secure my future.
