The aspirants of M.Tech courses shall first check out the eligibility requirements, i.e., a valid BE/BTech degree from a recognised university. BIT MESRA offers BTech in full-time mode in UG level for the duration of 4 years. There are 10 specialisations that BIT MESRA offers in BTech with an annual intake of 960 students, all specialisations combined. Admission to BTech is offered based on valid scores of accepted entrance exams such as JEE Main. Candidates shortlisted based on the exam score must appear for the JoSAA counselling. If the seats are left vacant after this counselling, then seat allotment for BIT Mesra is carried out through CSAB. 

BIT MESRA BTech fee structure includes tuition fees worth INR 13.35 Lakh. The graduates recieved an average package of INR 10.6 LPA, as per the recent placement drive.
