Central University of Punjab MSc fee is around INR 8,000 for two years. Central University of Punjab MA course has two ways to get direct admission for the academic session 2025:

• For MA and short term programme you can apply for the open/ direct admission for vacant seat by filling the online registration form and paying the admission fees online. Candidates can check the provisional selection list for various programs on the university website.

The Central University of Punjab (CUP) requires a minimum score of 239 for general category students to be admitted to MBA programs in 2023. For other MBA programs, students should check the official CUP website. The overall CUET-PG cutoff for 2023 is 87–245 marks.

The cutoff for PG courses like MA Political Science, MA Psychology, MBA Agribusiness, and MA International Relations and Political Science ranges from 270–230 to 280–240. To be eligible for admission, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Commerce with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade. For SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD, the minimum is 50%. Candidates must also appear for the CUCET entrance exam for the academic year.

Yes, admission dates for the MBA course admission is out at Central University of Punjab. Since admisson to the MBA course is subject to CUET PG exam therefore candidates must refer to the entrance exam's dates. Further, the University releases the in-house admission dates for the counselling and provisional lists. CUET PG 2025 Hall Ticket released by NTA, the exam officials on the official website for the candidates whose exam will be held from March 13, 2025, to March 20, 2025. The Central University of Punjab (CUP) accepts the CUCET entrance test scores for admission to its MBA program. The university also accepts CUET-PG scores for admission to its MBA and PGDM programs. 

The university admits students to its MBA programme once a year. Admission is based on the CUCET entrance test results, followed by CUP counseling. The university offers only Masters and PhD programs. Admission to most of its PG courses is based on the CUCET entrance exam. 

CUCET Exam score followed by a round of personal interview are the basis of admission to postgraduate courses including MA, M.Sc., M. Ed., M.Com, LLM, MBA. Candidates must produce a score of GATE exam followed by counselling process.

Candidates cannot join the Central University of Punjab without appearing for the central university's common test CUET for PG course.  The eligibility criteria for Mtech courses at the Central University of Punjab require a valid score on CUET PG and graduation with merit.
