A good place if you like isolation.

Placements: Everything is well-organized on the campus. In my course, there are no placements, but in some courses, there are placement offers, like agriculture or food technology. The campus placements for those courses are good, and internships are also there. Students get good packages.

The college is good, having all types of accommodation related to students.

Placements: At least 25% of students get placed, and the highest package is 8 LPA along with HRA. Around 75% of students get internships at different institutions in India. Roles offered in our course are assistant professor, biochemistry analyst, industrial work, etc.

Suggested for Master of Commerce.

Placements: The common range of offers basically invited or arranged for the recruitment phase is not more than 6.2 LPA. As an average student, I got placed in eDominar Technologies as a junior accountant with a pay of 3.5 LPA after clearing multiple rounds from the recruitment phase.

Overall, it is the best university for the M.A. in English course.

Placements: English placements were fairly good. No positions were available in Chemistry, Physics, or any other field. The average starting wage was between 10 LPA and 12 LPA, the minimum was between 2 LPA and 5 LPA, and the maximum was over 15 LPA. Students were losing good agreement after passing the third quarter M.A. with a score of over 92%. Higher-level positions included teacher, secretary, and so forth.

My days at Central University of Punjab.

Placements: Placements are something that is lacking in the CUP. There are only few departments that are offering placements and all others don't have any placements. Most of the private companies are associated with the placement cell of CUP and still it needs improvement. There are no placements for the department of Geology.

Satisfied with the faculty, placements not good.

Placements: Professors are highly skilled and well-educated in their domains and provide a good opportunity for research and field knowledge. The placement cell is not that much established in this university, but the research field is above average, and chances of getting your paper published are also possible in most cases.

With 79% in Class 12 and 227/1000 in CUET, admission to B.Tech CSE at Central University of Punjab is unlikely. The 2024 closing score for the general CSE was around 364, and even later rounds didn't dip below 296 . You may aim for lower-demand CSE branches in other central universities with lower c
