Mean Based Scholarship: The scholarship is funded by the University’s distinguished alumni and philanthropic institutions. The scholarships offered to the wards with low annual parental income are 25-50 per cent of the annual fee depending upon the need of the students. Such candidates are required to provide an income certificate issued by the Tehsildar or the Magistrate.

Merit Based Scholarship: It is offered to the students who have secured a minimum of 60 per cent aggregate or CPI of 6.5 out of 10 in the previous qualifying exam. The names of the students for scholarships are finalised by the University Committee that comprises every year.

CSJMU provides good placement to its students. The overall highest and median package recorded during placement 2025 was 12.5 LPA and 3.2 LPA. 440 students were placed and 81 campus drives were held this year.
