Overall, the college is the best. The only satisfaction is a lack of placements.

Placements: Actually, there are no on-campus placements for my branch at our university. There are also off-campus placements, which I have observed in some seniors, and they got an average package that ranges from 3-5 LPA. Due to this, students need to go personally to the company to get placements, and that sometimes gives satisfaction among students.

Infrastructure: In my course, labs are maintained. The main thing is that research will be done at my university. Overall, the department is nice. The infrastructure of the hostel is better than a normal hostel. The food is the best. The mess is fully AC. Mess staff members are the best, and the service of the hostel is also the best.

Faculty: Faculty members of my course are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They have the best experience in teaching. The overall course curriculum is the best, i.e., designed to give knowledge about each subject. Semester exams are sometimes tough, but mostly of a moderate level.

It's an average university.

Placements: Placements for other branches are comparatively better than in biotechnology. The highest placement for the last academic session was in the Chemical Department. However, the problem lies with the Biotechnology Department, which has the lowest placement ratio in this university.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are spacious, and some are equipped with air conditioning, but hostel facilities are quite poor. Especially for girls, the hostels are not that good and appreciable. There is a separate department for biotechnology. Labs aren't well-equipped and well-functional.

Faculty: Exam questions are quite good. However, exam results are always delayed. The exam pattern usually includes one mandatory question and one optional question from each unit of the syllabus. The curriculum is also fine, and the faculty is somewhat adequate.

The college is good if you are willing to study hard.

Placements: About 30% of the students from our course got placed. The average salary package offered was 3.81 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS and some small IT companies visited our campus for placements. All students from our course got an internship, but mostly in private companies like sugar mill in Sonipat, a lab assistant in local hospitals and lab interns in DU and some in other eminent government colleges.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good. All the basic equipment and machines related to the course are available in the department. The college provides projectors for smart classrooms. The hostel facility is good. The college provides a sharing or single room depending on your luck. Food served in the mess is edible and hygienic. Most of the mess workers have been working for 15 years now, so they are good at what they do.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are good and qualified. Most of the teachers are doctorates in their specific subjects. You may find some teachers who are currently pursuing another doctorate, and they can help you and guide you in the right direction of your future in biotechnology. The course curriculum and structure is good. The lab work gives quite a good exposure. There are PhD students to help you too if you get stuck in a task. Overall, everyone is helpful if you are willing to take the initiative and work hard.

Affordable Fee structure and good infrastructure .

Placements: Only few companies visit the campus for placements. TCS is only mass recruiter which visit campus every year and hires 100-150 students every year. Average package is 3-4 LPA. Companies like Fidelity international and india mart offer 5 LPA but hire only few students. Placement is mainly for IT, CSE students. No core placements for mech, civil, biotech, chemical etc.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good in comparison to other colleges. Saraswati library complex and University auditorium are excellent. University also has Computer center. Campus is spread across 270+ acres and Haryana's first Science City will be based in DCRUST campus only.

Faculty: Faculty and course curriculum is not upto the mark. Faculty never bothers to take lectures and course curriculum is mostly copied from other universities when revised. Practical exposure is almost zero. Faculty never helps in getting internships to students. Faculty have no relation with industries.

Other: The best thing is fee structure is very affordable and extra curricular activities due to different societies in the campus.

It is the best university, and I am absolutely satisfied with it.

Placements: There is a total of 33 students in our class, and currently, we are in our final semester. I don't have much idea about placements as I plan to opt for a masters degree. The company which offers most of the placements is TCS, and a very good number of students get placed from our university. They get the salary package starts from 3 LPA to 10 LPA or maybe more.

Infrastructure: Both types of classrooms are available, i.e., normal as well as smart classrooms. Our university has one of the biggest libraries in the state, which is the major highlight. It consists of all the books needed as well as journals, and they can be accessed by students with the help of a library card. Hostel facilities are pretty good, but the infrastructure and management aren't up to the mark. Dispensary, sports complex, gym and small shopping complex are available inside the campus of our university.

Faculty: Teachers here are the best. They are one of the best teachers I have ever met in my life so far. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and are extremely qualified. They have helped us in our studies as well as in our internships. This course curriculum is completely relevant and will make the students industry-ready.

I am satisfied with this institution.

Placements: Placements opportunities are less in our stream. Only 2-3 students got placed in Tata consultancy services. The highest salary package offered is 6.5 LPA. Many students got an internship in Chandigarh. Some students have done an internship on their own. They give us full support to move ahead. Many students have applied for an off-campus placement, and they successfully got placed.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. It provides a library and study room. In the computer room, there are around 70 computers in working conditions. Facilities like a library, study room and computer room are fully air-conditioned. There are 9 departments in bachelor's degree separately and one humanities department for BBA and MBA. We have B.Sc. for Bachelors. Hostels are neat and clean, and as a government institution, they are a little bit better according to fees. There is full security for girls. Food served in the hostels is good. There is no canteen facility. A dispensary is opened 24 hours for students, and it works properly in emergency conditions.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are highly educated. Professors are PhD holders from renowned universities. Teachers are helpful and cooperative. The course curriculum is relevant. This will surely make students do a job. It also makes them industry-ready. Teachers also support students for co-curricular activities.

Other: I have chosen this course because I am from PCB and I want to continue in biology. So I got admission in this college from Haryana counselling. The best thing about this course is I have an interest in biology, and mainly in cell biology. I think job opportunities in India could be improved in this field. They provide scholarship to 10% of the total strength of the students who score well in academics.

Really Good Infrastructure And Facilities Are Fantastic.

Placements: -50% of students were placed in our course -the highest Salary Offered = 30000 rs -the lowest Salary Offered = 10000 rs -Average Salary Offered = 20000 rs - Top Recruiting Companies = TCS ( Tata Consultancy Services ), Idea Cellular, Tech mahindra, Fiserex, Futuronix Automation Pvt Ltd - Top Roles Offered - Lab Assistant, Researcher, etc. - Average package offered was 3.5 Lacs and the highest package offered was 3.5 Lacs and the lowest package offered was 1.5 Lacs - About 70-80% students get placements every year in tata consultancy services. -.

Infrastructure: -Facilities- In our biotechnology department there are multiple labs to work on and also they are having proper air conditioning in the laboratories. And also in the department there is Wi-Fi access available all the time and it is free of cost. Infrastructure of this college is just amazing. Classrooms are not at all perfect but yes it is satisfactory. There is a three floor huge library in our university and its just a wow kind of library and there is online access of library also available. -Hostel- Hostel rooms aren't that wide and mess food is not that tasty And there is no canteen in our university but instead of that there is an amul shop in the university and also a maggi point and also a shopping complex too. , Medical facilities are very nice here. There is a dispensary named as shushruta which is open 24/7. Sports facilities are kind of good here. There is an basketball court a football ground and a gymnasium, tennis court, badminton court, yoga hall, a running track, a volleyball ground and much more. So the sports facilities are kind of good here. -Games- Football, Volleyball, Kabbaddi, Tennis, Badminton, Cricket, and more activities.

Faculty: Yes the teachers are so helpful, qualifies, and knowledgeable too. They help the students really very well but some teachers are not really quite good. Teaching quality is quite good but somewhere teachers don't do quite well. Yes the course curriculum is completely course relevant and it do makes the student industry and life ready :).

Good college with great infrastructure average placements good crowd poor faculty.

Placements: Placements at DCRUST, Murthal is average. Most companies hire graduates from CSE ECE ME. There is no core biotech company come DCRUST for placement for biotech students. 3-4 students are picked up by TCS each year. TCS is the only placement opportunity for biotech graduates.

Infrastructure: As far as infra is concerned, DCRUST is well-equipped with all the modern and necessary equipments. There is a Auditorium, 24*7 reading room, library, labs, etc. The department lab is well-equipped. The campus is very well-equipped with Wi-Fi. There is a computer available for all. Overall infra is good.

Faculty: Faculty members at DCRUST are not very serious towards their pupils. Except for couple of teachers all of them are just an asset to the university. No manners no knowledge nothing like a teacher. The course is not well defined. There are too many unnecessary subjects. There is not much attention towards practical studies. There advices are not helpful at all.

Other: The college life is great at DCRUST. The campus is easily accessible since located near NH-1 murthal bus stand. There are lots of different groups on join like dancing singing acting etc. The cultural fest is also good with good no of performances. The crowd is bit local. The campus is very well maintained. The scholarship is not much satisfying. They only give 1200rs as a scholarship for top 10% of each class per semester.
