This is a great platform for grooming yourself.

Placements: Placements in our college for food technology are average. Around 20% of the students got placed with the highest package of Rs. 23,000 per month. Companies like Nestle, Cognizant, Capgemini, Bosch, etc., visited the college to hire students. As far as the internships are concerned, students have to apply for internships on their own.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided in our college are comparable to the world-class facilities. Just an online request on UMS regarding any issue will provide you with an appropriate solution the very next day. Hostels facilities are also good with 1, 2, 3, and 4-seater rooms. Quality of food available in the mess is acceptable, and all cuisines are available. There are various platforms for niche talents of students.

Faculty: All the faculty members of the food technology department are very supportive, helpful and are PhD holders. They were available 24*7 for clearing our doubts. There were a total of 15 students in my batch. The maximum intake in any course is just 60. Our faculty members arranged local industrial visits for us to get practical experience. We are provided with an instruction plan at the start of our session, and it was helpful for us to come prepared for the next class.

Other: Every year, there is a global open fest named youthvibe in which students across the country participate. For celebrating diversity in the college, we have festivals like One India and One World.

Exposure at LPU is really good.

Placements: The placements at LPU are really good for CSE and management students. Almost everyone goes out with a good job in hand. For the newly started courses like food technology, biotechnology, they are still lagging a little but the placement cell and department teachers are doing their best to GET everyone placed either off-campus or on-campus.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of LPU is really good. There is Wi-Fi facility, the classroom are equipped with proper tables and chairs and are properly ventilated. There are air conditioned halls meant for combined lectures. The food laboratory is still developing, while other labs like electronics and computer labs are equipped with proper requirements. The food is really good, you'll find a food court at every nook and corner. There is a canteen in the hostel too, the mess food is little out of taste but then you GET an option to choose or not to choose mess. The hostel rooms are good, each room has an attached bathroom and a balcony. You can choose between cooler and A. C. rooms, and then single seater, 2-seater,3-seater and 4-seater are available. LPU also provides you facility of apartments which is a 2BHK apparent. No, I didn't face any infrastructure issues during my tenure of 4 years.

Faculty: Most of the faculty at LPU are Doctorates (PhD's). They use powerpoint presentations to teach the students. Each course which requires practical exposure comes with a laboratory course too. The faculty to student ratio is nominal. The teachers and HOD's are easily approachable. The overall course curriculum is useful.

Other: Alot of events, activities are being hosted by and in LPU. People from B-town come for the promotional activities. Then LPU hosts One India, One World, Tech-Fest, AIU activities etc. Then there are a lot of student run group and societies which work either independently or under the Division of student affairs (DSA), These also keep on organizing events time to time and keep the fun going. The crowd in the campus is from all around the world, you'll GET a chance to know a lot of different cultures and make good relations with people from different backgrounds. Just keep on participating in events and activities, and you'll grow a lot.

It was a wonderful experience in interviews too. Got selected in my second interview.

Placements: It was good. Specially for computer Science and information technology batch. Most of got very high placement. Average package was around four Lacs or even above that. So it was a bit lucky for me to get admission in lovely profess university. Placement made my career. Okay.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure was too good. It was very comfortable and safe everywhere. Even hostel was very nice including all the aspects in terms of Wi-Fi, Cleanliness in coridoor n in bathrooms. Even sports ground was also available in large field for all the games.

Faculty: Faculty was too good. They use to help us in every aspects other than subjects. It was a wonderful experience in Lovely Professional University and gonna always miss our facilities. Teachers were very useful and helpful also. They were well qualified and experienced too.

I am highly satisfied with the quality of faculty, their way of teaching the crowd.

Placements: The college has a good placement record yet. Many placement training classes are conducted beforehand in order to ensure good placement records and bright future of the student. They give better exposure to industries through training and internships as well. Many workshops and guest lectures are conducted within the university. Beautiful fest and celebrity visits are frequent. It provides a great platform for students and fame the talent.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure here can never be seen anywhere else in India. 24*7 Wi-Fi in the college blocks whereas in hostels, from 5 pm to 8 am and weekends, it's all day long. There are good chaos and food courts. Most of all, a big mall which satisfies all your need. There is a big central library with highly knowledgeable books and a large collection of books and with a number of copies. Overall, the experience is wonderful.

Faculty: The faculty cannot be judged as one. Some are really very good, some are average, and some are worst. So, on an average, it's good. An average student can cope up with the teachings, but still, being a student what I feel is that there are still some needs to improvise the standard of the faculty.

Our college provides the best infrastructure.

Placements: There is no fixed percentage of placements in our college but the skill set is required for students to get placed.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi provided is average. The infrastructure of our college is unique as the campus is spread over 600 acres with ample trees. It has a smart campus.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are average. They always want to complete the syllabus as soon as possible. Students have to do self-study on YouTube.

Other: Events are organised in our college regularly. Students don't get every notification as there are 57 blocks. Scholarships provided are not great.
