The total tuition fee for the LPU BTech course is INR 4.5 L -  INR 16 L. The BTech programme is available at the undergraduate (UG) level. The fee is exclusive of transportation charges, & several other charges. Those students who find the fee very high, worry not, there are scholarships available for students. 

LPU offers lateral entry to BTech course. Candidates must have passed three year Diploma after Class 10 in any stream or two year Diploma after Class 12 in non-Medical stream and ELR or BSc (non-Medical) or BSc Computer Science and ELR with at least 50% aggregate to apply for BTech (LE) courses. After completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted aspirants need to pay the course fee to confirm their admission. Candidates are first required to register with an application fee for LPUNEST. The exam fee for LPUNEST is INR 1,000 for males and INR 500 for females.

However, national-level entrance exam scores are also accepted for admission to BA LLB (Hons), MBA, BTech, etc. Candidates must complete Class 12 for UG courses and graduation for PG courses. The selection rounds are followed by counselling and document verification.

LPU NEST 2026 exam schedule for phase 1 is from January 20 to February 5, 2026, for the test centre-based exam. If seats remain empty after the present round, more admission rounds will be conducted. Next round admission dates will be announced on the official website.
