Review of Galgotias University.

Placements: I am a B.Sc. Agriculture student at Galgotias University. Placement opportunities are decent though not as high as technical courses. More than 90 percent of students get placed or secure opportunities depending on their skills and performance. Many students also get internships in agriculture-based companies, NGOs, and startups. Common roles include field officer, agriculture consultant, research assistant, and sales executive. Placements depend more on your skills, communication, and practical exposure rather than just academics.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure for agriculture students is good. Along with well-equipped labs for soil Science, plant pathology, and other practical subjects. Classrooms are clean and supported with smart learning facilities. Wi-Fi is available across campus. Library has a decent collection of agriculture-related books and study materials. Hostel facilities are average to good. Along with proper security and basic amenities like water and electricity. The mess food is manageable, but could improve in quality and variety. Medical facilities are available on campus. There are good options for sports, games, and extracurricular activities.

Faculty: Faculty members are generally helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Some teachers explain concepts very clearly, especially in practical subjects. The teaching quality is overall good. Though it may vary slightly between faculty members. The curriculum is relevant and covers both theoretical and practical aspects, helping students understand real-world agriculture. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty. If you attend classes regularly, it becomes easy to pass. Even score well. The pass percentage is high. Maintaining a good CGPA is achievable with consistent study. Also focus on concept clarity rather than rote learning. Moderate exams and regular classes make an 8.5 CGPA achievable.

Other: Overall, university provides a balanced environment of academics and skill development. If you focus on concepts instead of wrote learning and stay consistent. You can easily maintain good grades and build a strong profile.

Galgotias University is the best and a growing university.

Placements: Every student gets a chance in placement, so 90% of students get placed, with 6 LPA as the highest package, 2 LPA as the lowest, and 3 LPA as the average. OneCert and Zuari Industry are the companies that came for placement, and 60–70% of students got internships from DeHaat, Amul, and BAU in sales and marketing roles.

Infrastructure: Active learning classes are run, and Wi-Fi is available everywhere. A new technology library is present, and an AI block is being built currently. The hostel is good, the food in the mess is always checked, neat, and qualitative, and the environment is positive, peaceful, and enjoyable.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in every way. The teaching quality is the best in both theory and practice. It makes students ready for everything. Exams are good and based on thinking skills, and teachers prepare students in a good way. Teachers guide the best path and teach everything for knowledge.

Other: The course has better future scope, and students can earn through this course. College life is fun, entertaining, and the best here.

Sports facilities are the best here for improving skills.

Placements: Around 60-70% of students easily got placed last year in my course. The highest package goes up to 10 lakhs, with an average of 5 lakhs and a lowest of 3 lakhs. Top recruiting companies include Swiggy, Kissan, Tata, and various local agriculture firms. Students easily secured internships based on their skills.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are the best for me, with well-structured and separate departments. Wi-Fi is available all around the campus. Classrooms are clean and equipped with ACs. The library is well-stocked with all important books, while the food in the mess and canteen is average yet hygienic.

Faculty: All teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are helpful towards all students and clarify doubts both offline and online, providing all necessary information for student clarification. My course curriculum is relevant, as agriculture is based on practical experiences, making the curriculum primarily focused on practical learning.

Enjoy the best college life here.

Placements: Placements are average and most students are not placed directly on campus in non-technical courses. The top recruiting companies for technical courses were Microsoft, TCS, Capgemini, and Infosys. The top roles offered were SDE and SWE and the average package was around 4-5 lacs. No internships are offered by the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, with all the required facilities like Wi-Fi, AC and a well-equipped library also present. The hostel does not have very tasty food but people can survive and the canteen has good food items. Multiple labs and libraries are present for students.

Faculty: Teachers are good and they try their best to teach students. The curriculum is not very relevant; it needs to be updated and it should have some practical industry-required stuff that can enhance the skills of students studying there and provide them with industry experience. Exams are not difficult at all. The pass percentage is very high.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in agriculture. Events are really good and have a good campus crowd. Scholarships are generally not provided from the college's end.

This is the best university.

Placements: 80 percent of students get placed. The highest package is 10 LPA and the average is 4 LPA for freshers. We are freshers, so we don't know any company names, and we didn't get a chance. We didn't get any kind of internship because we are freshers. The top roles are as follows.

Infrastructure: Nice facilities and infrastructure. Everything is very good: the mess, the canteen, the medical facilities, the sports, and the games. The faculty, the staff, the available food - everything is very nice. I really like everything. This is the best college.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good, and the course curriculum is relevant, making the students industry-ready. The exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is 30 percent. The teachers are very good. I love the university.

Other: I choose this course because my parents want me to do this. I'm enjoying this course very much.
