GNAT Result 2018: Check Scorecard & Rank List Here

The date for the declaration of GNAT 2018 result has not been announced yet. The result will be displayed online and test-takers can view their ranks by visiting the official website of GITAM University. 

The result will be declared in the form of merit list. This list shall be prepared on the basis of the scores obtained by the candidates in the entrance test. 

In case two or more candidates obtain the same marks in the entrance test, the University will adopt the following method(s) as a tie-breaker:

• The candidate who has scored higher marks in Biology (Botany & Zoology) will get a higher ranking
• In case the scores obtained in Biology (Botany & Zoology) are also equal, the candidate who has scored higher marks in Chemistry shall get the higher ranking
• If once again the scores are same, marks of Physics shall be considered, and candidate who has scored higher in Physics will get the higher ranking
• In case none of the above methods break the tie, the candidates’ age shall be come the deciding factor. Candidate who is older by age will be ranked higher 

It must be noted that only having the name in the merit does not guarantee admission in the University. Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend the counselling round where verification of documents takes place. Candidates who produce all the required documents and get them verified successfully can get enrolled in the University.
