GJUST Admission Process 2025
GJUST admission process begins with registration for the course of their choice. The selection will be entrance-based for most of the programme. Check below step-wise GJUST admission process:
1. Application Process
Eligible students can apply online. You need to pay application fee to complete the process.
2. Selection
Once the candidates have applied for the course of their choice, their applications are evaluated. The selection for most of the programmes such as BA, MA, MBA, etc. is based on GJUST Entrance Test. National-level entrance exams are also accepted for admission such as JEE Main for BTech and CAT for MBA. For others, merit in the last qualifying exam is considered for admission.
3. Counselling and Seat Allotment
Once the selection rounds are over, shortlisted candidates are called for counselling. BTech candidates have to appear for HSTES Counselling. Aspirants are required to lock their preferences. The list of seat allotment will be available on the official website of the university. Selected candidates need to pay programme fee to confirm their seat in the university.

GJUST fee includes multiple components such as tuition, caution deposit, hostel charges, etc. Some of the components are one-time paid while others are paid annually. GJUST admission to MA course is based on entrance exam conducted by the university. After completion of the entrance exam, the university releases a merit list for admission to MA course. The merit list will be prepared based on the entrance exam score. Shortlisted candidates are called for a counselling round. Aspirants need to carry all the specified documents for verification and pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.
For admission to the GJUST BPharm course, aspirant should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics from the Board of School Education, Haryana, or another recognised board/university. The aspirants with a valid qualification approved by Pharmacy Council of India equivalent to any of the above examinations are also eligible for admission.
