My college was good, but many things needed improvement.
Placements: 70-80% of students got placed easily, but only in sales and marketing-related jobs in the banking sector. The highest package offer was up to 4 LPA, starting from 3 LPA minimum. Top recruiting companies are Axis Bank and life insurance sector-related. Almost every student got an internship online and offline in both modes, as it is very crucial for the MBA program. Finance executive, product development, and export import executive are some of the roles students were offered.
Infrastructure: Proper library and classrooms were available. There were many books in stock in the library, so students didn’t need to worry about study material. There were also many computer labs. On campus, there were 5–6 messes and canteens. All types of food were available as per students’ needs and on time. In addition, weekly games and shows were held.
Faculty: Some teachers were very knowledgeable and practical. They prepared students for job purposes and helped us understand the practical exposure of the industry. The course curriculum was relevant, but students needed to study hard, as it was a local campus. Exams were easy, everything comes from what was studied. So, scoring 80–85% was easy to achieve.
Other: I chose this course because I gained knowledge on many subjects like finance, logistics, and export/import. I started working in the finance sector after completing it. Teachers should have focused more on providing practical exposure instead of theoretical knowledge. Every week, many sessions, events, and fests like Diwali and Holi fairs were held by students, which helped boost their confidence.

Review of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science And Technology.
Placements: Students become eligible for campus placements in MBA after their 3rd-semester. There are many recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, Amazon, and Walmart. More than 60% of students get placements and internships at ONGC, Bokaro, HPCL, IOCL, BCCL, CCL, DVC, NIC, Government of India, Mecon Ranchi, Bokaro Diary, Comfort Dhanbad, various IIT research centers, Dalmia Cement, and Bharat Limited.
Infrastructure: Library is very good with many books. Hostel facility is very good with well-maintained rooms that provide 24 hours electricity and fresh water. It serves very good quality food.
Faculty: All the faculty members in our college are well qualified, skilled, and have corporate exposure. Exams are conducted on time. Teaching can be rated 10 out of 10.
Other: I chose this course to enhance my marketing ability and build leadership skills. This course provides many job opportunities. Our college conducts annual fest which includes sports fest and cultural fest. It organises a tech fest which is known as TCS tech fest.

Review of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science And Technology.
Placements: Students are eligible for campus placements from 2nd year of their course. Profit Plus and CATs finance companies visit our college to offer placements. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA and the average salary package is 5 LPA to 6 LPA. Around 50-60% of students get placements. I plan to setup a business.
Infrastructure: Library is very good with books and journals. Sports like football, cricket, rifle shooting, etc., are available. Hostels are clean.
Faculty: There is a teacher for every 100 students. Teachers in our college are well qualified with MBA from reputed colleges. Term exams are held for every 2 to 3 months which are not difficult.
Other: I chose this course because I have interest in business and entrepreneurship. Annual fest is conducted in October or November every year. There are no social groups.

GJUST student unravels its mysteries.
Placements: There are two placement seasons: summer and Finals. Summers take place in the initial 3 months of the FMS MBA and Finals happen in the 3rd and the 4th semester. The average placement at FMS Delhi stood at 32.4 LPA as of 2022. The campus recorded 100% placements last year.
Infrastructure: GJUST hosts table tennis, badminton, and a basketball court for sports activities so far. It uses the DU Gym facilities for both cricket and football training. It also hosts a number of debate clubs, filmmaking, dramatics music, etc. But a lack of infrastructure limits what these can do and is one of its the biggest cons.
Faculty: The curriculum is the same as any MBA college. Why I chose the course Because it is FMS, of course. There are 23 permanent and more than a dozen guest faculty, which means that there are sufficient teachers for a college with 2 batches of 280 students each. All of our faculty have Ph.D. from reputed institutes, and guest faculty bring the additional benefit of coming with decades of work experience in the real field. Exams are easy to pass. They seem a little untimely only after the summer placement process of the first semester. Although there is ample preparation time, I guess we are just tired after the process.

It is a good place to improve skills.
Placements: Students become eligible for placements after they get into the third semester. All students got placed. Companies like Wipro, HSBC, Citi, HP, etc., visit the campus every year. They generally come with marketing, finance, or consulting roles.
Faculty: The course curriculum was according to the standards as the syllabus covered all the topics ranging from courses in HR, marketing, finance, and operations to general courses.
Other: I chose an MBA as my primary course as it gives me a variety of options to choose from. There are annual fests and sports events on the campus where students from different streams participate in the events. There are many committees run by the students, and it is a platform to learn and grow your interpersonal and leadership skills.
