College of Technology- so far from my eye.
Placements: Placements are average this year. 2 students got the highest package this year of 12 lacs from Bharti Electronics Ltd. (PSU). In Civil Engineering Branch 1, a student was offered 4.5 lacs from L&T (Larsen & Toubro). Average placement is around 3–4 lacs. Most marketing and sales companies visit.
Infrastructure: The Central University Library is well furnished with Wi-Fi facilities. Books are readily available. CCF (Central Computing Facility) is a computer lab well furnished with computers, Wi-Fi and AC. Hostels are not so good, with basic facility and no AC.
Faculty: Faculty are well experienced, mostly Ph.D.s from IITs, with more than 20 years of teaching experience. They have been heads of many projects and attended international conferences. The civil curriculum is mostly theoretical, with practical labs. The department has labs for all the subjects namely geotechnical, structural, fluid, survey, etc. There are 3 exams per semester: 2 prefinals 25 marks each and one final 50 mark.
Other: Campus life is full of greenery. The college has a technical fest organizing society, ETS (Engineering and Technical Society). Last year, Ankit Tiwari was invited to perform and this year, Gajendra Verma was invited. Scholarships are given every year to financially weak students.

Do not go there until it is your last option.
Placements: They do not provide any kind of placement. The best recruiter is L & T with a maximum package of 6 Lacs, that too for pan India. Do not expect any level of support from the college administration. All they care about is attendance. They don't even consider medical leaves.
Infrastructure: Infra is average. Some washrooms are clean and well maintained while some have insects crawling. Snakes appearances are common in summers. The mess food is fine, infrastructure for 1 year B.Tech is really nice, while from 2 year onwards its average. Girls need to take leave permission everytime from your parents, warden call your parents before giving you leave. So if you want to enjoy outing or trips in college life this is definitely not the college for you.
Faculty: Majority of the teachers are good and helpful, except 2 or 3 professors who have heart of stone. Course curriculum is relevant, and teaching is fine if you are a sincere student. Exams are moderate, the pass percent is 50% which is extremely high, considering you need to maintain a 75% attendance, no medical or any valid concession is given in attendance. 75 means 75, they are too rigid. The management is seriously the worst.
Other: Colloseum is the best fest, and it is quite mesmerizing.

It is a good college in terms of value for money and experience.
Placements: The placement scenario is not very good here. However, if you are from a computer science or information technology branch, you will get placed most probably in any of the mass recruiting firms. The mechanical branch also has decent placements. Less companies visit here for internships. Most of the students opt for higher studies. However, the reputation of our college helps them to get shortlisted.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good as it is among one of the reputed universities of Asia. The hostel is a kind of fine for students. The hostel includes a parking lot for bicycles and different sports fields like basketball and badminton. The hostel mess offers food which is a kind of good quality.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members who teach here are passed out from this university only. Teachers have knowledge of the course which they are teaching, but sometimes there are not enough resources for them to facilitate students. Teachers are helpful. Most of the teachers are PhD holders from esteemed IITs and other premium universities.
Other: I am a student of civil engineering and going to be passed out in 2024. The reason for me to choose this university is it is very near to my home. The greenery of this university gives me perfect 4 years of experience for my studies.

Satisfied with the college. College is good. Teachers are supportive.
Placements: There is placement cell and it very effective. Packages offered by companies are 4 LPA on an average. Hero, MS hardicon, Mahindra etc. Companies came to college. For civil engineering companies do not come. Only one or two companies come and that too open for other branches. For other branches like ME, CS etc. Companies come I'm a sufficient amount. Overall placement is good.
Infrastructure: Labs are good. Equipment are available. Wi-Fi facility is also available. For sports stadium is there with full facilities. Library is of top class. Hostel rooms are good, well built and managed. Quality of classrooms and labs are okay. Food available in the canteen is of fine quality.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. All are qualified from IIT's and are knowledgeable. They are supportive. Teaching quality was good. Normal methods are used for teaching. Teacher student ratio was 1:60. Industry exposure is not provided properly. Course curriculum was useful.
Other: There are lot many extracurricular activities. Lot many societies. Fest are also there. Technical fest, literary fest, cultural fest, educational fest etc. Campus is good.

I am 3/4th satisfied because I got great knowledge and facilities here. Only concern is placements.
Placements: There is a very bad situation of placements in our college. Only some students from computer engineering, agriculture engineering and information technology got the placements, but the packages they got are very low. There is either very low or no placement rate in the core branches.
Infrastructure: Even though it is a more than 50-year old university, some of the facilities such as central computing centre, Wi-Fi, library and sports are good. But, there is a problem with the library that the books are very older, so this the one thing which needs some changes, otherwise, it is all good.
Faculty: I am a student of civil engineering, so l can only tell you about my department. So, as far as the faculty are concerned, almost all the members are well qualified, but one or two of them are not helpful. I think the faculty can be more helpful and kind. The teaching facilities are conventional, nothing new. I am a final year student, so far, we did not get any industrial exposure. The course curriculum is also very clumsy and up to date.
Other: Good events are organised every year. The college has a good campus. There are no scholarships for general category students.

Finally, college is good. The atmosphere is full of peace. You can prepare for competitive exams.
Placements: The placements are not good in civil engineering branch since 2014, but the rate of placement in agricultural engineering has been increased. The companies visit here are of IT sector. 60% of students are placed from the computer science and mechanical branch every year. Finally, placements of the college are not like previous placements.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good. KNSCCF provides computing facility. For physical fitness, the stadium is provided where you can play outdoor as well as indoor games. The quality of labs is quite good but not very much good. The classrooms are of old type. The hostel rooms are in your hand how you keep them clean or not. I didn't face any issue till now related to infrastructure.
Faculty: The faculty members are good and very helpful. They will help you when they are free. Faculty of civil engineering branch have full knowledge. They also help students to prepare for competitive exams. Notes provided by faculty are very understanding. If you want to do a mass bunk then also they will help you to make it.

Take admission only if you want to get away from the city life.
Placements: Placements were not good this year as compared to the previous year. Around 30 to 40 % of the batch was placed. Highest package offered was 6.5 LPA and the lowest offered was around 3.5 LPA. Companies that visited were TCS, John Deere and Bajaj. Roles offered were of a web developer and a coder.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are not at all good except for CS and IT departments. Library and sports infrastructure are very good. Higher medical facilities are not available on the campus. The quality of food varies as per the year. Mess staff is not dedicated enough except for SJ hostel. Hostel rooms and infrastructure are not maintained properly.
Faculty: There are only a few faculty members who are helpful. Although most of the professors are qualified and knowledgeable, the teaching methods used are obsolete. Student to faculty ratio is 7:1. I did not get sufficient industry exposure in the college. Can't comment on the curriculum.

A reputed institute in need of restructuring.
Placements: Placements are mainly for IT, CS and electronics branches. Mainly. TCS visits for placement and recruits a good number of students, approximately 200. This year companies also came for agriculture engineering and 6 students were placed. Students were offered the job role of developer.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are available like the university library which is well-equipped, college library, labs, stadium, etc. But the labs are not at par with their counterparts in other private or well-funded government universities. The quality is not that good. Although there is a university hospital but its medical facilities are very poor. The hostel rooms, which are old, are in a bad condition. But there are new hostels also whose quality is satisfactory. The quality of food available in the canteen is not good.
Faculty: My experience with the faculty was mixed. Few faculty members are extremely qualified and knowledgeable but they are not helpful. But one or two of them help whenever it's possible for them to give their time. Teaching methods are really very conventional. Only a handful of the faculty members uses new techniques to teach. The student to faculty ratio is very low. There was no industry exposure during my tenure. The course curriculum is smartly designed.
