GBPUAT offers M.Sc courses which accept the admission through CUET conducted by NTA and Entrance Exam conducted by University.

Although CUET rank and cut offs marks are considerd for admission in M.Sc

The basic requirement for all the courses is a Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline. Admission to all the courses is done on the basis of merit secured in the entrance exam conducted by the university.

GBPUAT offers different M.Sc programmes, and the fee structure for M.Sc programs at GBPUAT can vary depending on the specific specialisation and other factors. 

GBPUAT Pantnagar fees for M.Sc is INR 49,108 per year and M.Sc has different specialisation.  Based on the specialisation the fees also varies from one specialisation to other.

For example,

1.M.Sc in Physics

It is a 2 year long course divided into 4 semesters. GBPUAT Pantnagar fees for M.Sc in Physics is INR 95,216 for 2 years.

2.M.Sc in Agriculture Chemistry

It is a 2 year long course divided into 4 semesters. GBPUAT Pantnagar fees for M.Sc in Agriculture Chemistry is INR 99,541for 2 years.

Like this the fee structure for M.Sc programmed at GBPUAT are different from one programme to other.

Patnanagar University conducts GBPUAT entrance exam for admission to BSc (Hons) courses. The university also accepts ICAR AIEEA for Agriculture courses. Once the selection process is over for BSc, the university conducts counselling round. The number of counselling rounds will depend on the vacancy of seats. Online counselling for all programmes will be carried out after declaration of results. Aspirants need to pay course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

After the completion of the BSc course, the candidates can explore the job opportunities in the Government sectors.  The list of government posts  that can be targeted are as follows:

Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology offers three-year BSc (Hons) course spread across six semesters. Aspirants must pass intermediate Agriculture/ Science with Mathematics or Biology or equivalent exam with at least 50% aggregate (47.5% aggregate for reserved categories) to apply for GBPUAT BSc (Hons) courses. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

The GB Pant University the highest package is not released on the official website. However, the median package 2022 is released. Scores of any one of the mentioned exam will be considered for the purpose of admission in MBA GBPUAT. Therefore, it is not important for the candidates to appear for both CAT and MAT. The candidates can prepare and prefer giving any one exam out of the both.

The College of Agribusiness Management affiliated to GBPUAT offers students the MBA course in Agribusiness specialisation. The students go through a academic outlook for 2 years during this course. Agribusiness management is the amalagamation of management studies along with the insights of agriculture subjects as well.

For being eligibile to study the MBA course from GBPUAT the students should have completed their Bachelor and/or Master degree in any one  Agriculture, Agricultural Chemicals, Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Science/Technology, Fisheries, Food Science/Technology, Forestry, Horticulture, Veterinary Science, Home Science/Community Science or BTech  (Biotechnology) with aggregate of minimum 50%.

There are several Multinational Companies that visit GBPUAT for their placement drive. Some of them are named as Accenture, Jaro Education, ICICI, etc. The four-year long undergraduate course in BTech has many prospects of career and employment.
