GBPUAT Exam Application Form 2025: Check Registration Fees and Steps to fill

Candidates can apply for the entrance exam as per the simple steps below:

Step 1: Fill Pantnagar University Entrance Exam Application Form

Visit the official website of GBPUAT and click on the “Candidate Registration” link - http://www.gbpuat.org.in/registration.aspx

On clicking the link, the page will open up with an online registration form the Pantnagar University Entrance Exam 2025 as under:

Students should fill in the information in their registration form like their number, email id, date of birth, domicile and the course they are going to apply for.

Then, students need to fill in their captcha security code and click on the 'Register' button at the bottom. 

Next, candidates need to log in using the login credentials i.e. registration id and password sent through SMS on their registered mobile number as under:

After this, the applicant's account will open as under with tabs for: 

• Fill the application form 
• Edit/ Update Details 
• Pay Fee
• Print Application Form 
• Print Fee Receipt
• Log Out

Now, the candidates can fill all the required details in the application form as under: 

• Personal details such as name, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, Aaddhar number, category, religion, nationality etc
• Subject group for which candidate wants to give the exam
• Education details such as status of the qualifying exam (passed/ appearing), subjects studied in last attended institution, marks scored, etc. 
• Correspondence and permanent address
• Recent passport size coloured photograph of 20kb-50kb size.
• Scanned signature of size 10kb-20kb made on white paper with black/ blue pen.
• Left-hand thumb impression image

Next, candidates have to fill the academic details and select the test centres for appearing in the entrance exam. 

Step 2: Upload documents in Pantnagar University Entrance Exam Application - After filling all the details, candidates are required to upload their documents i.e. photograph, signature, and thump impression as under: 

Click on the 'final submit' button and proceed to pay the application fee. 

Step 2: Pay Pantnagar University Entrance Exam Application Fee

Candidates can pay the application fee by using debit card/ credit card/ net banking options only in online mode as under:

Step 3: Submit Pantnagar University Entrance Exam Application Form

Finally, candidates have to take a printout of their application form and submit it in offline mode either personally or by registered/ speed post at the below-mentioned address:

Candidates are advised to keep an extra copy of their filled in application form and fee receipt for future references.

Documents to be sent along with the application form

It may be noted that along with the application candidates also need to submit other forms such as confirmation page printout, copy of fee receipt, self-attested copy of category certificate (if applicable), self-attested copy of certificate or mark sheet of the qualifying exam, and self-attested copy of Class 12th certificate.

Those who wish to appear for the GBPUAT Exam need to register first and then, with the help of registration details, they need to submit their application form. To submit the GBPUAT Application form, students need to pay an application fee through online payment mode. 

The application fees for General and OBC category students are INR 1200, and the application fees for PwD, ST, and SC students are INR 600. Those who fail to submit the application fee, their form will not be submitted. To submit the application fees, students need to use online payment modes like Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI or internet banking.

Here are some important instructions students must know before they fill out their GBPUAT Application form.

• Students need to complete the registration process first to fill out their application form. 
• It is better to go through all the important guidelines and instructions before filling out the GBPUAT Application form.
• Those students who have a history of dishonest examination practices will not be granted permission to participate in the GBPUAT Admission process. 
• Students must have all the important documents that are needed during the time of application process. They need to upload their scanned signature and photographs, and original documents.
• It is advisable to read the filled information carefully before submitting; if there are any mistakes, your form might be rejected by the GBPUAT Exam officials.
