This is an average college to study.
Placements: I don't know about other departments, but the department of Zoology has given only 2 to 3 chances for placements including enrollment in higher degree certificate courses for future placements. Six more months to go and I'll be graduating from here. So, expecting more placement opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructures of some departments are very good. But many departments don't have a separate building; some departments are running in a single building. Canteen is not well maintained. Only 2/3 food items are available. Labs don't have good equipment and required chemicals. The auditorium is not air-conditioned. Library facility is above average.
Faculty: All the permanent faculty are highly qualified, not much experienced but that doesn't matter a lot. The problem is with the management because no faculty is given with a specific topic to teach. This is why, perhaps, they fail to give proper information on that topic. The syllabus is not at an advanced level if you compare with other central universities and premier institutions. The syllabus is not well organised.
Other: This is a central university. So, students from all over India take admission here. But they face a lot of problems from the beginning to the end because the university doesn't have sufficient seats in the hostel for the students. And the hostel mess also doesn't provide food according to what it charges.

Infrastructure: The Guru Ghashidas University is huge in size and all the departments have their separate building for study. The class has a smart board and also have whiteboards. The university is of 700 acres. The hostels are not so good but there are hostels for every year's students.
Faculty: The university Guru Ghashidas University teachers are good and well quality from the greater university. Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Every teacher is well qualified and teaches very well. The students get knowledge and also qualify for a lot of exams like NET, GATE, etc. The university exam is held regularly on time.
