GGSIPU (IP University) admissions 2025 are open. A few more updates are as follows:
- The CMAT 2026 registration has started for admission to the MBA, PGDM, and MMS courses. The deadline for registration is Nov 17, 2025, and the exam date is yet to be released.
- The NEET UG Counselling 2025 final seat allotment results for round 3 have been released for admission to MBBS and BDS courses. Candidates allotted seats in this round are required to report to their respective institutes by Nov 1, 2025.
- The NIMCET 2026 application process for admission to the MCA course is projected to commence in March 2026.
- The CLAT 2026 application process is now open for admission to the five-year Integrated LLB (UG) and one-year LLM courses. The last date to apply is Oct 31, 2025. Furthermore, the CLAT 2026 exam will be held on Dec 7, 2025.
- The CUET UG 2026 registration window is expected to open in the first week of Mar 2026 for admission to UG courses.
- The CUET PG 2026 registration process for admission to PG courses is expected to begin in Jan 2026.
- The GATE 2026 registrations are now over for admission to Ph.D. and ME/Mtech course. The GATE 2026 exam will be conducted on Feb 7, Feb 8, Feb 14, and Feb 15, 2026.

Yes, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts a Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to BSc, BCA, BCom (Hons), B.Ed, BA (JMC), BHMCT, BBA, BA (Hons), BVoc, BPT, BPO, BOT, BASLP, BSc MLT, MSc, MA, MEd, MPT, MOT and MPO courses. Yes, IP University offers two-year B.Ed course. Admission to the course is based on merit in IPU CET/CUET followed by counselling round. Moreover, the university also provide B.Ed (Special Education) courses in five specialisatons. Admission to the special education programmes is only through the IPU CET exam. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility requirements before filling out the application form.
IPU is counted among the good universities in the country. GGSIPU is ranked 1001-1200 by the QS World University Rankings 2024. In the NIRF 2024 ranking, it was ranked 80 under the "University" category. The placement data for the GGSIPU BBA course is not available as of now. The highest and average package offered stood at INR 45 LPA and INR 12 LPA, respectively for IPU Engineering (USCIT) placements 2022.
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is a decent choice to pursue an MBA degree. For admission to MCA at IP University, aspirant must have a valid BCA/BSc in Information Technology/ BSc in Computer Science degree and studied Mathematics in Class 12 or graduate level to be eligible. In addition, the candidate should have passed the degree course from a recognised university with a minimum of 55% aggregate.

As per the IP University 2023 brochure, the duration of all the MCA courses is two-year. The course is further divided into semester pattern. There are four semesters during the course.
