7: Once the payment is completed, the candidates will be redirected to the admission portal and will have the option to download the admission form and the fee receipt.
2. HSTES Counselling
After submitting the BTech application form, candidates are required to apply for the HSTES or Haryana State Technical Education Society counselling. All candidates have to register for the HSTES counselling 2025 for allotment of seats. The registration process mainly includes three steps: Registration, Filling out the HSTES application form, and Submitting and confirming the registration.
3. Final Seat Allotment
After the counselling, the department issues a provisional admission letter. The selected candidate has to deposit the Gurugram University BTech fee online within the stipulated time or else his/her seat will be considered vacant and the seat shall be offered to the next candidate. All admissions are provisional subject to verifications of documents and approval of Competent Authority.

HSTES BE/B.Tech Tuition Fee Waiver: Under this scheme, those candidates will be eligible whose parents annual income is less than eight Lacs from all sources. Seats under this category shall be supernumerary in nature, and up to a maximum of 5% of "Approved Intake" per Course shall be available for admission. The supernumerary seats will be available only to such courses in an institution where a minimum of 30% of the "Approved Intake" is filled. HSTES Haryana Government School Topper (HGST) Seats: These seats in each branch will be filled on the basis of inter-se-merit in Class 12.
