The total seat intake for the BSc course at IMU Kochi is 80. To get a seat in this programme, candidates are required to complete certain eligibility criteria, followed by an entrance exam and counselling process. The average salary offered at IMU is 7 lac per annum with the highest package offered being 12 lac per annum and the lowest is 5.5 lac. This university is a good choice for the marine engineering course. Placements: If one is going for marine engineering then it is a good choice to get into IMU Kolkata (MERI/DMET). For my batch before passing out from college, about 50% of cadets were placed and the count is increasing day by day.
