The highest package offered to Engineering students is not out on the official website. However, the NIRF report 2023 encloses the 2022 median package for BTech and M.Tech courses. In order to get admission to BTech at Integral University, one must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria, which is to pass Class 12 with 45% aggregate from. For admission to this course, candidates either need to qualify for IUET, which is an in-house entrance exam of Integral University or All India-level JEE Main entrance exam with a valid score. 

All the different specialisations of BTech at Integral University are four-year-long courses spanning over eight semesters with different course materials and subjects. The course material has both theoretical and practical hours with both theoretical and practical evaluations.

The course structure remains more or less the same. The award of credits differs each semester and in each specialisation. In the first year, some courses are similar to bring all the students on the same page about concepts of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to be used in upcoming semesters. After the first year, the course subjects change as per the specialisation.
