If you can study by yourself, then it's the best place for you.

Placements: Placement here is not good. You can try it from outside campus. Asian Paints, Wipro, etc. come here for recruitment, but it takes only about 3-4 students per branch. But in campus placement, there's a very low salary, and your position in the company will not be good.

Infrastructure: Hostel and other infrastructure are good. Mess food is good; it gives the same quality as outside. Wi-Fi, labs, and libraries are good and easily accessible, but only by students. Jamia also has a good campus and a good sports complex with most equipment accessible by students.

Faculty: Semesters are not hard to pass, but it is hard to score well. Teachers are not good and don't help you out in many things. Even the teachers here are not as knowledgeable as they should be. 40% marks are required to qualify for any examination. If you want to pass, then you should score at least 40%.

Review of Jamia Millia Islamia.

Placements: I have got admission in a diploma in mechanical engineering (self-finance). Basically, self-finance is a little bit different from regular diploma courses. Only a few students get campus placement. The highest package is around 400000. It is a polytechnic course, which makes us industry-ready.

Infrastructure: The University of Polytechnic of Jamia Milia Islamia is the best building. It has its own library. Also, the central library and Zakir Hussain library are nearby polytechnics. The department library has Wi-Fi availability and movable chairs; also, in classes, separate chairs are for each student. I am not a hosteler.

Faculty: All the teachers are highly educated and kind in nature. They are very helpful. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is an industry-based course that makes us industry-ready. Once a workshop practical happens. A diploma course is based more on practical knowledge than theory. It is semester based and there are 3 semesters in 3 years.

Other: The university is ranked 3rd university in India, and it is situated in New Delhi, which provides different opportunities to work. As the fee for the course is comparatively low, JMI still provides scholarships to brilliant students.

Placements: About 75 to 80 percent of students get placement every year in technology-based companies. Students get jobs as Junior Engineers, Project Managers, and internships are offered from companies like Tech Mahindra, KPMG, Accenture, ICICI Bank, CDOT, and EXL, etc.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi facilities, labs, classrooms, and libraries are very good, and the teachers are very supportive and helpful. Medical facilities are also provided in our college. One of the best doctors in our college is also available there. Sports complexes are also provided in Jamia.

Faculty: Teachers are very supportive and helpful. Knowledgeable quality is too good. No difficult semester exams because teachers are too good. Pass 40% minimum in semester exams. It's too easy to pass semester exams like sessional exams.

Other: Scholarships are provided by its valuable university.

Placements: In the previous year, the highest salary package offered was 12.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Internships are very helpful for better placements. Almost 70% of students went for internships. In the previous year, for the diploma course in the mechanical branch, the highest salary package offered was 12.5 LPA. It’s a good placement college.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available everywhere, especially in labs, the reading hall, a library, and a hostel. The food is very good. Medical facilities are also provided in the college. The canteen is completely clean. The food taste is excellent. Our campus is large and is one of the top colleges/universities in India.

Faculty: All teachers are talented. The minimum pass percentage is 40%. The teaching quality is very good. Teachers are ready to prepare students for the industry. They are very helpful to students. Semester exams are not difficult for students because our college provides the best teachers.

There are so many good facilities and infrastructure, they also force students to grow up.

Placements: Deal with mechanical things in the automobile industry. The lowest package offered was the 3.5 lac per annum and the highest was the 7.2 lac per annum. So many national or international companies are coming to this college.

Infrastructure: The facilities are good and the quality is best. The quality of the facilities in your hostel, the quality of food available in the mess and canteen, medical facilities, sports and games are top notch whether it is Wi-Fi ,library or any other thing.

Faculty: The exams are too good, and 40% is the passing criteria. All the teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The facilities are good, and the quality is best. The quality of the facilities is excellent. is excellent. They deal with mechanical things in the automobile industry. The regularity makes the students different from others.

Other: There are so many things to do; this course is one of the shortest, most value-for-money courses, and also the lowest time-consuming course.

College campus and other facilities are very good but faculty is not good.

Placements: Campus placement is very poor, only 6-7 students out of 70 students gets placed in which 1-2 students resigns in 1 month or less than that due to less salary, heavy workload and very low job roles. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, EXL, CLl technologies also visit. If you want placement then you can try outside campus and from outside the campus it will be very beneficial.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are good and are about to ok for 70 students. There's a 24?7 wifi in the hostel and college both. Labs have the equipment on which you can perform practical and there are some skilled operators around you to teach you how to operate any machine Or device. Library is accessible by everyone and you can get you issue a book for free for 15 days after 15 days you have to reissue it or you'll get fined. Not everyone gets the hostel easily, it's like 4-5 students gets the hostel out of 70 students except for girls. All girls or 100% girls gets hostel. Mess food is very good and even have a menu including both veg and non-veg. It has a very good medical facilities. Jamia also have a sports Complex but there's a timing issue for the regular students but it also has many sports kits and is easily available for everyone.

Faculty: Some teachers are very cooperative and helpful, whereas some of the teachers are arrogant and rude. Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable but some of them don't know how to teach. If students pursue any extra skills like autocad, hvac etc from outside they will definitely gets placed even from outside campus. Manufacturing is the only subject and lab which will get you industry ready. Semester exams are not very hard, it's not hard to pass, it's hard to get a higher score. About 85-95% students gets passed.

Other: I chose mechanical engineering because I was interested in this field and it has many scopes means I don't have to worry about job. The best thing about my course is that you'll get to know most of the thing about vehicles and manufacturing. You can tell most of the problems of bike easily and in manufacturing if you get the accessibility of machines you can make most of the products by yourself. If you want to focus on something for future, focus on manufacturing skills and courses like autocad, hvac, etc. Any designing or drafting courses.
