College is very good and the faculty is very helpful in every advice or term.

Placements: The placement records are on the notice board. About 80 percent of students get internships. The highest is 12 LPA, and the lowest is 7 LPA. I don’t know the top roles, but they are majorly corporate and some are semi-government. Overall, students are very happy with it.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good. The Wi-Fi and the canteen food are also decent. Sports happen every month, and a lot of students participate in them. Prizes are also decent, like vouchers and electronic gadgets, which are very helpful for students and increase their productivity.

Faculty: The teachers are all good and helpful. They are highly qualified, and the teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant, and some achievable students are industry ready, though not all. The semester exams are difficult for students who have not studied; for reference, the exam is not too hard and not too easy.

I am satisfied with Jamia Millia Islamia.

Placements: Almost 60% of the students got placed from the electrical engineering branch, with the highest package of 12 LPA in Voltas, Dubai, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Almost 90% of students did internships in different companies like BSES, PWD, etc.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities, food, dorms, and maintenance are good, with Wi-Fi available 24/7, and almost everything is available. Classrooms and libraries are well-maintained, and the library is fully air-conditioned with Wi-Fi provided. The quality of the food is also good in the hostel, giving it a 6/10, and we have a separate hospital for medical facilities. Sports facilities are also provided with a separate sports complex and an annual sports day.

Faculty: Teaching quality is also good and can vary from teacher to teacher, and what students perceive from the teachers and whether the teachers are highly qualified, mainly with a Ph.D. The course curriculum is highly relevant, and it is provided with industry-based knowledge and skills. Semester exams are not very difficult with proper hard work and also with the support of teachers. The pass percentage is 96%.

Other: Rather than doing 11th and 12th before B. Tech, we can pursue a diploma in engineering, which is more job-oriented and would also give a higher understanding of the industry. There are no compromises in events, fests, campus crowd, and connectivity in Jamia Millia Islamia, and there is plenty of it already available. The best part is the scholarship and extracurricular activities.

The University provides valuable education as Jamia Millia Islamia is a central university.

Placements: Our placement is quite good. This year, a student received a high package of 60 lacs per annum. Most students are well-placed in campus placements and also off-campus placements. Many other departments also provide good placements. Students are well-skilled for the industry and get jobs as well.

Infrastructure: There are many hostels in Jamia Millia Islamia College. There are separate girls' and boys' hostels with huge space and diversity. The hostels are divided into two campuses; each campus has about four to five hostels. Each hostel has a capacity of about 300 students.

Faculty: The teachers are well-experienced in Jamia and provide relevant information about courses. They are very supportive and helpful. They also provide industry knowledge and guidance to students. The semester exams are quite tough and hard for students who have not attended regular classes.

Other: The campus is huge and very beautiful. Our course provides good technical knowledge for the industry and makes students industry-ready. Fests are also very joyful.

Good and excellent infrastructure.

Placements: Likely, 60 to 70 percentage of students are placed and the highest package is 4 lakh per annum, average is 2 lakh and lowest is probably 1 lakh per annum. Internship roles are offered to everyone but not paid one, excepting some students. Good and great placement record.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is excellent, both campus and hostel. Talking about the mess, food is average but campus is excellent. Library is great and good and also the college life is great and good as compared to other colleges, excellent records for academics and other activities.

Faculty: Teachers teach good. Semester examination is moderate to high. Teachers teach good and help the students and are cooperative with the students, and also great teaching is given by them, also good and excellent.

Other: The best thing about this course is its versatile nature and the name of this college, which is JMI.

Review of Jamia Millia Islamia [JMI].

Placements: In our college, many students got placed. Almost 60-70% of students were placed. Top recruiting organisations from other countries, like Dubai, etc., visited our campus.

Infrastructure: The hostel facilities and canteen facilities were available. Only 10 to 15 students opted for hostel, including girls. They provided meals from time to time.

Faculty: Our teachers were talented, helpful, and supportive. The teaching quality was good.
