The Kalasalingam University is one of the best universities in India.
Placements: 20% of students are placed in my course. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest package is 2 LPA offered in my course, and it will increase every year. Companies like Indian Airlines, Indigo, and International Airlines recruit students from my course. The main roles offered are aeronautical engineer and pilot.
Infrastructure: The labs and classroom are similar to cinematic rooms. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus. The labs are separate to all the branches. Each branch has three to four labs. There are so many canteens, but there is no variety in food.
Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful in clarifying doubts anytime, not at midnight, I mean, any day and on any topic, they clarify the doubts. The faculty members have also completed their Ph.D. or doctorate. The semester exams are difficult if you do not concentrate on studies, but the education is the best from this university.
Other: I have a passion for airplanes and flights, so I chose this course. The course of Aeronautical Engineering is one of the beautiful things, we get wings to fly, and we can enjoy nature. Sports are important in all events, and cultural fests are going on all the time.

I am fully satisfied because of the faculty, placements in 2025, infrastructure, laboratory, etc.
Placements: Above 8.5 CGPA students got nice companies with nice packages, and 7 and above CGPA students got a package that ranges from 3-4 LPA. In my course, the lowest package is 4 LPA, and the highest package ranges from 12-14 LPA this year. Caterpillar and some mechanical core companies visit the college for placements. 30-40% of students got internships, and the other students did not try properly. If they tried, then they also might get internships at Caterpillar and in some mechanical core companies. Roles like aerodynamics engineer, propulsion and combustion engineer, structural engineer, material engineer, etc., are offered here.
Infrastructure: Facilities in the department are very nice. There are laboratories for every subject. It has Wi-Fi and good classrooms with digital techno classes, and also a department library. Hostel food is average, but it's okay. Medical facilities are available. The hospital is available on the campus of the same college. It is the biggest hospital in this area. It has every facility. There are sports facilities. Every holiday is an enjoyable day as we will play sports and games in the hostel grounds. It has equipped labs with better quality.
Faculty: The pass percentage is nearly 85-95%. Faculty members here are very knowledgeable, so we can learn everything here. Students can become industry-ready because every year they will take us on industrial visits, so that we can know about the reality outside. It is also very useful.
Other: Our college organises many events on campus. In my department, we will learn the subject both in a practical and theoretical way. It will be very easy when it comes to understanding subjects because of more practical knowledge.

Good environment and good placements.
Placements: I am worried about getting placements but in my college, I am confident that I will get placement because my college offers us good programming skills, hackathon, etc. We have got placements in many companies like TCS, Microsoft, HCL, Amazon, and Cognizant.
Infrastructure: We should not worry about facilities and infrastructure because we have an excellent library and good equipment in lab. We have so many grounds, indoor, and outdoor stadiums. The quality of food in hostel mess and in canteen is good. We have 24/7 Wi-Fi in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly to students. The teachers are well-qualified and have lots of knowledge. Our course curriculum is UGC and it is relevant and makes students industry-ready. We can easily write the semester exams in my college.

It's a good university with an average infrastructure.
Placements: Aeronautical engineering is only 6 years old here. The infrastructure is average. I don't know anything about the placements, but if you want placements in an aero company, it's not the place.
Infrastructure: The food is not that good in the hostel. The classrooms for the first years are okay. There are only 2 canteens, and they are not enough for a university. It has one of the best libraries. Wi-Fi is good but doesn't work well if the users are more.
Faculty: The teachers working here are very good. They have good teaching experience. The curriculum is a bit different here, and it's good. Semester exams are not much hard to pass. The pass percentage is 40%. You can get practical knowledge here.

Review of Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education (Kalasalingam University).
Placements: Around 80% of the students are placed in our course. The lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA to 7 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 40 LPA. Vibro, Tata, Hindustan, HCL, and many other companies visit the campus. Internships are available now online on the Internshala internship website. Almost 100% of the students get internships.
Infrastructure: Our department has many labs like CFD lab, propulsion lab, wind lab, CAD, and everything. We also have a big library available. Hostel is also very good, and the food served is also very good. We have air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms are also available here.
Faculty: Teachers here are Ph.D. holders, and they teach very well. They are like our friends. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Exams are also very easy as every month our university conducts exams. The pass percentage is 40%. If you score less than 40% we have study classes also available here.
Other: I opted for this course because it is my ambition to be an aeronautical engineer. Many companies offered jobs in this course. Every Saturday an event is held and certificates are also provided. The campus is very good and natural. Scholarships are also available here if get more than 90% in JEE Main. Scholarships are also available.

Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education takes good care of students.
Placements: Placement facilities are very good on our campus. Above 95% of the students got placed in very good companies. The highest salary package offered is 42 LPA and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA-7 LPA. All the students get the internship opportunity. Top roles offered are team leader, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is one of the attractive things here. We have a Wi-Fi facility, air-conditioned classrooms, and the 2nd the largest library here. The hostel rooms are well and good. They provide hygienic food. We also have medical facilities and STM machines on our campus. We have more than 7 canteens, and an indoor stadium also.
Faculty: Teachers are most helpful and well trained. All are Ph.D. holders, and they care much about our studies. They teach in an understanding manner. This course helps students to achieve their goals. Semester exams are not so difficult, and we can pass easily. Sufficient time is provided for preparation. The pass percentage is 35%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. We have a well and good lab facility here. The university conducts many fests and events. Scholarships are given based on the marks students get in their 12th and other entrance exams.
