Karunya University BTech Highlights 2026
Karunya University BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. Karunya University offers BTech courses through the School of Engineering & Technology. Karunya University BTech courses are more than 15 specialisations in the four-year engineering programme. Apart from BTech, the institute also gives options for admission in a three-year Lateral Entry course in some specialisations. Some of the Karunya University BTech courses are Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Robotics & Automation, Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, etc.
Karunya University BTech admission is based on KEE entrance examinations, followed by a counselling conducted by the university.
The minimum eligibility criteria for enrolling on BTech at Karunya University are that a candidate must complete Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least an aggregate according to AICTE norms. 1 - Karunya University BTech Application Process 2026
Karunya University has an online portal for course registration. KEE is an entrance exam conducted by the university for admission to the BTech programme

b - Click on 'Apply Now' on the Home page.
c - Fill out the application form.
d - Upload the document and pay the Karunya University BTech application fee.
e - Submit the application form.
2 - Appear for KEE
KEE’25 will be conducted online. Candidates will receive the examination link and credentials to get login via email before the test. Additional details are available on the KEE portal.
3 - Release of Cutoff/ Ranks
After evaluating candidates' performance in KEE, the university will release the ranking of candidates. Usually, the ranking of candidates is posted on the admission portal of the university. Tentatively, every year the ranking has been posted in the month of April. Moreover, candidates who got shortlisted and get valid ranks can go for a further application process.
4 - Counselling
After result is declared, register for SWC counselling process on the admissions portal and submit the course preferences. Final allotment of seats depends on a combination of factors.
