Kashmir University Admissions 2025: Eligibility, Applications, Last Dates, Selection Process

The application form can be downloaded from the university website (kashmiruniversity.net). The hardcopy of the filled-out application along with INR 750 including IT fee (non-refundable) fee payment receipt and a copy of important documents has to be sent to the Office of the College Development Council.

A total of 9 courses are offered across various specialisations. The total seat intake for all the programmes is 577.

With a BPharm degree, students can pursue a career as Quality Control Associate, Pharmaceutical Scientist, or can further pursue MPharm. The eligibility criteria for BPharm is Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate and the candidate must have studied Biology as a core subject. The tuition fee for BPharm is INR 36,000. In most of the top institutions like IIMs, the minimum eligibility to pursue an MBA is 50% aggregate in graduation. But the marks in graduation are not the only criteria as the institutes accepts entrance tests scores and, conducts group discussions and interviews for admission. To get admission to M.Ed course at Kashmir University, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Candidates gradutaed with B.Ed and having a valid work experience are eligible to apply for M.Ed course at Kashmir University. The final admission to this course is offered based on candidates' performance in Kashmir University Entrance Test. All the M.Ed aspirants of Kashmir University must register for the exam on the university's official website and qualify it with a valid score. 

No, direct admission is not applicable for M.Ed at Kashmir University. Candidates must appear and qualify for KUET entrance exam, which is conudcted by the university for admission to all its PG courses. To appear for this exam, candidates must fill a registration form on the official website of the university and appear for the exam as per the defined timeline.

Candidates seeking for admission to M.Ed at Kashmir University must fulfil all the educational requirements of the university. As per the minimum eligibility criteria, candidates must pass graduation in B.Ed with minimum 55% aggregate (50% aggregate for reserved category) along with having minimum three years of teaching experience in a recognised Educational Institute are eligible to apply.

Kashmir University offers Master of Education (M.Ed) in Distance mode. The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for this course is to get a B.Ed degree with minimum 55% aggregate from a recognised university.
