King George's Medical University (KGMU) offers a three-year BSc course to students across two specialisations. Admission to this course is based on merit. The total fees for BSc courses at KGMU range from INR 48,000 to INR 3 lakh. Fees for the BSc programme also varies according to reservation quota. Candidates from general category are required to pay INR 48,100 (With Hostel) and 43,200 (Without Hostel). However, OBC/ SC/ ST category students are required to pay INR 42100 (With Hostel) and INR 37200 (Without Hostel). Usually, the tuition fee is paid at the beginning of each academic year.
KGMU NEET UG cutoff 2024 has been released for various courses in the form of opening and closing ranks. KGMU cutoff 2024 ranged between, 2059 and 29714 for the General AI category candidates, wherein, the most competitive course with the lowest ranks needed is MBBS (2059). Considering the NEET UG Round 3, students cannot get admission for MBBS course at KGMU with a cutoff rank between 10000 and 30000 under unreserved category, however, apart from MBBS, students can prefer BDS at a lenient cutoff rank of 29714. Other than that, MBBS course is available under the given range for SC, ST, and PWD All India category candidates only, at KGMU. For last year, the closing rank for Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) was 25581 which is very close to this range. This was for the General category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. KGMU accepts admission to most of the Medical courses through a valid score in NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test). The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is the sole entrance test for admission to the BDS and MBBS programmes in India. Every year, the cut off marks for the KGMU NEET exam are affected due to the following factors:
- The difficulty level of the exam. In case the question paper is easy then the NEET cut offs are expected to go high and vice-versa.
- Total number of applications received. If the total applications received are less then the cut off is expected to be relaxed.
- Total candidates qualifying NEET exam. If the total number of qualifying candidates is less than the total seats then cut off goes low
- Total number of seats. If the total number of seats is revised and increased then cut off is expected to remain low

Admissions to MD at KGMU is entirely done via NEET PG scores. To apply for KGMU MD admissions, candidates are required to appear for NEET PG entrance exam in the first place. KGMU UP NEET cutoff 2024 was released in the form of opening and closing cutoff ranks. The cutoff was released for admission to MBBS course, for different categories under Home State quota. For students belonging to the General All India quota, the closing ranks for MBBS was 3484. For OBC Home State category candidates, KGMU MBBS cutoff was 3665. For the SC HS category and ST HS category candidates, the closing ranks were 37757 and 176581, respectively. Finally, for the PWD HS category, the last round closing rank stood at 660143.
To take admission to various courses offered at King Georges Medical University, candidates must fill out an online application form which is available on the university website. The application form must be filled out completely. The application can be submitted online only on the official website. Candidates must register themselves by creating a relevant password on the website and Login ID. Once the candidates are registered successfully, they can submit the complete application form along with the exam fees. Candidates need to download the admit card. Payment for exam fees can be done by online and offline modes. Then take the entrance exam and wait for further guidance. Admission to MBBS at KGMU is done via NEET UG scores. To apply for MBBS course at KGMU, aspirants must go through the application process of NEET UG. KGMU offers admission to MBBS course for a duration to five and half years (66 months). Admission to MBBS courses is entirely entrance-based. In order to get admission to MBBS course at KGMU, candidates must pass Class 12 with minimum 50% aggregate from a recognised board. Form MBBS admissions, KGMU accepts valid scores of NEET UG, which is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) every year. KGMU offers admission to PG courses such as MD and MS, on the basis of NEET PG and UP NEET PG. To get admission in KGMU through NEET PG, the General AI category student must attain the neccessary rank. KGMU NEET PG cutoff 2024 was closed between 143 and 112030.
KGMU offers admisison to PG courses via UP NEET PG to the Home State category candidates. For admission to KGMU to the PG courses via UP NEET PG, the cutoff for the General Home State category was between 1 and 6377.

DM stands for Doctor of Medicine, which is a super-specialised course in the field of Medical. Candidates can only pursue this course after getting a PG degree in Medical. For admission to a three-year DM course at KGMU, aspirants must get a PG degree in either MD/ MS or any equivalent from a recognised institution recognised by Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
