- For LPUNEST 2026, applications are now open with the last date being Jan 15, 2026, for admission to various UG and PG courses. The slot booking will start on Dec 10, 2025, onwards. Further, the LPUNEST (remotely proctored exam) will be conducted from Jan 10, 2026 to Feb 5, 2026. The test center-based exam will be held from Jan 20 to Feb 5, 2026.
- The last date to apply for BTech, BTech (Hons), PG Agriculture, PG Pharmacy, MBA, UG Design, Type B (Other tests) and Type C is Jan 15, 2026.
- The last date to apply for PhD is Nov 15, 2025. LPUNEST PhD will be conducted on Nov 28 and Nov 30, 2025. The results will be announced on Dec 4, 2025. The last date for admission to PhD is Jan 10, 2026.
- The slot booking for MBA will start from Dec 1, 2025. The slot booking for all other courses will start from Dec 10, 2025 onwards.

Lovely Professional University offers a four-year BDes programme spread across eight semesters. The university offers LPU at UG level in eight specialisations, namely User Experience, Interior & Furniture, etc. Apart from regular BDes, LPU also offers lateral entry to the programme. The university provides lateral entry to three BDes specialisations. Candidates who have completed Class 12 with English with at least 50% aggregate can apply for LPU BDes course.
Lovely Professional University (LPU University) offers over 300 degree, Diploma and Certificate programmes to aspirants at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. It offers BTech, MBA, BSc, BBA, B.A., B.Arch, BDes, MTech, LL.B. and various other courses to students. LPU admission 2023 to most of the courses is entrance-based. LPU NEST 2023 is the official entrance and Scholarship Exam conducted by the university. Apart from LPU NEST the university accepts several other national-level entrance exams, such as JEE Main, CLAT, CAT, NATA, etc. So prepare well for the entrance test. Do keep an eye on LPU NEST pattern, LPU NEST exam dates, and go through the LPU NEST result to check the latest trend. Over the past few years, LPU has been ranked by the top-notch ranking bodies under several streams, including Management and Engineering. In 2023, LPU was ranked 23 among the top universities of the country by Times Higher Education. The college offers several courses to students at the UG and PG levels. The fee for LPU BDes is INR 9.60 Lacs for four-years. The fee is calculated based on the semester fee. Candidates after completion of the selection round, have to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university. The semester fee for BDes is INR 1.20 lakh. Apart from course fee, aspirants also have to pay a registration fee in the start for admission.

Yes, Class 12 or equivalent examination are considered for eligibility fulfilment in the UG programmes of LPU. However, the selection criteria is entrance-based. Candidates have to take the LPU National Entrance and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST), in order to get admission. The selection is not directly based on Class 12 scores.
