MAKAUT offers several need-based, merit-based and category-based scholarships to the students. Some of these include Swami Vivekananda West Bengal Government Merit-cum-Means Scholarship, Aikyashree - Minority Scholarship, Kanyashree Scholarship, Swami Vivekananda West Bengal Government Merit cum Means Scholarship, Scholarship to SC, ST and OBC students (Select North 24 Parganas as District), State government. Sponsored stipend under Talent Support Programme, National Scholarship Portal, Minority Scholarship, GATE Scholarship, PMSSS J&K Scholarship, etc.

MAKAUT offers safe and healthy environment for the students. The university provides modern amenities with state-of-the-art infrastructure to its students and is spread over an area of 40 acres of land at Haringhata, District Nadia, provided by the Government of West Bengal. The facilities provided by the university include sports, library, MAKAUT WB centers, etc. The university also has hostel facilities both for boys and girls with various facilities.

After submitting the application form for MAKAUT CET, login credentials are generated. Candidates need to log in to pay the application fee. Paid online, the application fee for CET for General and OBC category candidates is INR 500 for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. However, for SC/ ST/ PwD category candidates, the application fee is half the amount for General category candidates, i.e. INR 250.
