Manipal University offers BTech course via Manipal Institute of Technology. In order to get admission to a four-year BTech course at Manipal Institute of Technology, the first step is to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. Manipal University offers MBBS course for a duration of five and a half years. This course is taught via the three colleges affiliated to Manipal University. Candidates can get admission to MBBS in the following colleges and the final degree will be rewarded by Manipal University:

For the General AI category, the cutoff for BTech CSE ( AI and ML) course was 12751 for Manipal Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. The Manipal University NEET PG Cutoff 2025 has been released for Round 2 for all categories under the AI quota. For the General category candidates under the All India quota, the hardest course for admission, as per round 2 closing ranks was MD in Radiodiagnosis, with a cutoff rank of 4555. In contrast the easiest course was MD in Microbiology, where 134480 was the last round cutoff rank.
