MANUU BA Eligibility & Highlights 2024

At the UG level, MANUU BA is a comprehensive programme offered in ODL mode. The programme is divided into three years. However, students get a maximum of six years to complete the programme. Moreover, the medium of instruction is Urdu.

Really good infrastructure, placement and hostel facility.

Placements: The university has good placement, with companies like Wipro, Amazon, and Deloitte hiring graduates. The average salary package is between 3 and 5 lakhs per annum, depending on the course. For a B.Tech in Computer Science, we can expect a good placement around 5 LPA. However, if it is a general course, the salary package will be around 3 to 4 LPA.

Infrastructure: The course is good, and the hostel is overall good. Girls get easy hostel facility, but boys have to wait a few days after taking admission. The mess bill is about 2000 rupees per month.

Faculty: The faculty at this college are like friends, and we never felt like we were talking to a professor. In my department, Mass Communication and Journalism, we have many senior faculty members who treat us like friends.

Other: The university is conducting exams in an easy way; you will easily pass all the semesters.

Review of MANUU - Maulana Azad National Urdu University.

Placements: Around 50% of the students were placed in companies like Facebook, YouTube, Amazon and other companies. The salary offered to them is Rs. 24,000-40,000 per month, and they are provided with the best facilities by the companies. Students have to write exams and qualify the interview to take the opportunity to get placed in their desired company.

Infrastructure: Many facilities are offered by the university to the students, like 24-hour Wi-Fi, good quality internet, and 24-hour medical facilities. We have to pay at least for the mess facility, i.e., Rs. 1,800 per month. Sports facilities and a coach are available.

Faculty: Professors and other teachers are very good. They help students with their education. They also give money to the best performers. Teachers celebrate parties with the students and also go for a tour to make a good experience.

Our college is beautiful.

Placements: There are 180 students in our course.

Infrastructure: In our college, facilities are very important for students, and the quality of the facilities provided in the hostel is very good. The quality of the food served in the hostel is also very good. Even the quality of medical and sports and games facilities is very good.

Faculty: The teaching quality in our college is very good and very useful. Faculty members are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable.

Other: I have chosen Arabic because it is my favourite language, and I want to be a good writer and teacher in this language. I wish that our college should improve this course in such a way that we are able to read every book in this language.

It is the best university ever compared to others.

Placements: Placements in this university are a bit good. Many students of this university are working with Google and Microsoft. One of my senior is working with HDFC Bank. So placements are good. If your marks are the best, then you can be placed in good private companies or government sector companies.

Infrastructure: The college provides a Wi-Fi facility. Classrooms are in the best condition. Hostels are in average condition. Each room is shared by 4 students. Rooms are big in size. Labs are in good condition. It provides a canteen with many varieties of food. The quality of the food served is average. However, it's very tasty.

Faculty: Teachers in the college are helpful. You can ask doubts without any fear. Seniors are also helpful. If you talk to senior students, then they can also help. They not only give a lecture but also provide a basic study of any particular chapter. There are more than 500 faculty members. The student to faculty ratio is 150:1.

Other: The college conducts many events like convocation and university anniversary.
