
PUBDET 2025 Application Form: WBJEEB has released the PUBDET Application Form 2025. The PUBDET application form was available online from March 28 to April 28, 2025 on the official website - wbjeeb.nic.in/pubdet/. Aspirants who wish to get into BA and BSc programmes at Presidency University could apply online after registering on the official website. The application correction window was open from April 30 to May 2, 2025. All information on the PUBDET application form, except name, father's name, mother's name, domicile and date of birth, was editable. Only those applicants who successfully fill out the PUBDET application form and pay the application fee will be issued admit cards. Academic Qualification
Candidates should have cleared the higher secondary examination (XII) that is conducted by CBSE, West Bengal or an equivalent exam.
The candidate must pass XII with at least five recognized subjects, including English language and excluding Environmental Science. The aggregate is to be calculated in the best four recognized subjects.

Step 2: Fill out the Application form
- After successfully registering, candidates can fill out the application form by entering personal details such as domicile, category, PwD status, home district, family income status, religion, nationality, etc. and academic qualifications of class X and XII.
- After filling in the aforementioned details, candidates need to choose any two zones as examination centres and submit the application.
- In the next step, candidates need to upload scanned images of their photographs and signatures.

Points to Remember wrt Images
Applicants must remember the following points while uploading the images.
- The photograph must be recently taken, which can match the candidate’s physical features.
- Low-quality images (taken by a mobile phone) will be rejected.
- The background must be white.
- The face of the candidate should occupy at least 50 per cent of the entire space while looking at the camera.
- Candidates are advised to get enough printouts of the photographs as the pictures will be needed at the exam centre, during counselling, admission and registration with the university.

PUBDET application fee can be paid using Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card or by cash using Allahabad Bank e-challan.

An extra INR 250 must be paid for each additional paper that the applicants wish to apply for.
Application Confirmation Page
After successfully filling out the application form, the applicants can press the submit button. This will lead the aspirant to a confirmation page, which means that the application process is now complete. The application is not complete until the ‘confirmation page’ is granted. Candidates must take a printout of the confirmation page and preserve it till the completion of the admission process.
Note: If candidates lose their confirmation page, a duplicate can be provided by the board. However, candidates will have to apply to the board and pay a processing fee of INR 500 by a bank draft in the name of “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board”, which is payable in Kolkata.
PUBDET 2025 Admit Card
Successful applicants will be issued PUBDET 2025 admit cards. The admit cards will be released online on the exam body's official website, just like the PUBDET application form. Candidates will have to enter their application numbers and dates of birth to access their admit cards. A printout of the PUBDET admit card must be carried to the exam centre. Candidates who fail to produce the admit card at the exam centres will not be allowed to take the entrance exam. The admit cards will mention important information like exam timings, reporting time, exam centre address and exam day guidelines, along with the examinees' personal details as provided on the PUBDET application form.
