Good placements in the year 2017.
Placements: The placement rate of the university is very good. Many well-known companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra etc came for placements. Even I got placed in Infosys in my 3rd semester of MTech. Almost 60% students who sit for placements are placed in good companies.
Infrastructure: The university is very good from infrastructure point of view. The labs are well equipped and there is a huge library which has lot of useful books on almost every subject and every topic of any field. Hostels are very good, well-maintained and are clean. Classrooms are also up to the mark.
Faculty: The faculty team is very good. They not only teach you but also guide you in various aspects of life. The teaching method is also very efficient and the student to faculty ratio is also good. We get to know about various things which are beyond the scope of our syllabus.

A place where tomorrow's leaders are created.
Placements: The placements have been going fine till now. Companies place most of the students. Average package is around 6 lakhs per annum. The students are hired as full-time engineers. They are assigned shift jobs initially but later they are promoted and salary also multiplies.
Infrastructure: The Punjabi University campus has all the facilities available including Wi-Fi, clean and hygenic food and medical facilities. Students are encouraged to take part in sports and are guided by professional mentors. The local sports of Punjab area like Kabaddi are also taught to students who are interested. The university has lush green gardens whose maintenance is done with great interest. Hostels are clean and spacious. The hostel officials make students feel at home.
Faculty: The university has a well thought about curriculum catering to the needs of the industry. The faculty is good overall. There can be more focus on students who are not able to cope up. The teachers posses good knowledge of their respective subjects and are well experienced. They maintain a healthy relationship with the students.
Other: Punjabi University is one of the best universities in North India. The campus has all sorts of student made clubs for various activities like dance, drama, music which hold their own events. This provides the students with knowledge on how to manage groups and work as leaders.

Punjabi University has good infrastructure and faculty.
Placements: There were a total of 126 students in our batch, in which 80 students got placed. The top recruiting company was Infosys. The other companies also visited to recruit software engineers. The highest package offered was around 4 LPA, and the lowest package offered was 1.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi provided to all the students in both, but it was not available everywhere on the campus. Classrooms infrastructure is maintained. The course-related books are also available in the library, but students create a lot of noise in the reading room. There is good cleanliness in mess and canteen.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful and highly qualified with good experience. The teaching quality used was not much good as they can make it better. It doesn't prepare the students industry-ready as faculty were concerned more about the exams. Faculty had a friendly nature.
Other: I choose this course because I want to study further in our field and know more about the hardware projects.

Review of Punjabi University.
Placements: Companies like Infosys, Microsoft, Google, Samsung, Dell, Nokia, etc., visit our campus for placements. It is the best university in every field. I suggest you join this college, but sometimes all field seats are full fastly.
Infrastructure: There is a good infrastructure for all building. They should provide different block for sections like banking and many more sections. There are seven computer labs equipped with many computers for M.Tech students.
Faculty: During admission, we waited for a long time as the admission block was fully rushed with new bachelors for joining the university. I am pursuing M.tech second year, and we focus on study in an awesome way.
Other: Many events are organised in our colleges. Some time university helps the financially backward students who are unable to pay the fee.
