Very high placements (packages) for the top few students.
Placements: You get almost 10 top recruiting companies like Amazon, JPMorgan Chase, Natwest, OFSS, Justpay, Motorq, etc. These companies offer packages ranging from 50 LPA to 20 LPA. Level 2 companies are start-up companies, and you get around 20 start-up companies, also offering very good 10+ LPA packages. Level 3 companies are all service-based companies, and other smaller companies are looking for students. Some HR and business-facing roles are also offered here. Salary range between 4 LPA and 12 LPA. Training programs are conducted by the placement cell for placement preparation.
Infrastructure: I am a day scholar, but from what I've been told by my hostel friends, hostels are not too bad. Water is a bit of an issue, as Sathyabam hostels give water only 3 hrs a day, so students have to fill water in buckets for later use. As for course infrastructure, it's pretty good. I am a specialization student, so we have 24/7 AC, access to good-quality computer systems, green boards, white boards, and projectors in the class itself. The specializations block also has very high-tech labs with the latest technology.
Faculty: Faculty is a hit-and-miss. Sometimes you get professors who feel like they could be teaching in IIT, sometimes you get professors who make you wonder how they managed to get a teaching degree. The curriculum is very industry-relevant, but not so much that just reading the course material will be enough for placements.

Very satisfied experience with placements in 2025, really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Almost 90% of students are placed in top tech companies with good packages. The lowest package that students of my course received is around 4.5 LPA, and the highest is around 50 LPA at companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and Motorq, which are the highest-paying recruiters. Around 80-90% of students get placed in their pre-final year as interns in top companies like Nokia and Amazon. The roles offered in my course are mostly SDE and SDET with lucrative packages.
Infrastructure: The classrooms provide free Wi-Fi with high-speed 5G connectivity, and computers with high-speed Ethernet connectivity are also available. The supercomputing lab provides access to supercomputers for AI-related high-performance activities. The hostels are neat and clean and are regularly maintained. The food provided in hostels is really good and worth it. For medical facilities, the college provides free medicine for those in need, with a pharmacy available on campus. The college also gives importance to sports and games equally, as they focus on academics.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful to students and qualified enough to provide high-quality teaching. The course curriculum is very relevant to the job market, and learning it makes students industry-ready to perform and sustain well in placed companies. The semester exams are not very tough and are relatively easy since the concepts are clearly explained by the teachers during class hours. The pass percentage is a minimum of 50%.
Other: I chose my course because of my interest and the demand for AI in big tech companies. To upskill myself and gain relevant knowledge, I chose this course. The best thing about my course is the hands-on experience with AI tools and supercomputers available in our college to do our own experiments. The culture is really good and exciting, with many activities and songs, along with multiple celebrities visiting the college.

For engineering, it's a good college.
Placements: We have good placements in college. Many companies visit the college for placements. If we have skills, we will be placed in any of companies. The highest package is 50 LPA. We will have an opportunity if we have good skills to get placed.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good, but the food is okay. When it comes to food, they need to make good food for students who are in the hostel. Everyone can eat lunch at the mess, so no extra money needs to be paid.
Faculty: Our college has good faculty members. All faculty members are well-educated, so there is no need to worry about them. They will support us in every way possible to develop our skills and to learn new things, so that we can gain more knowledge by taking help from the faculty members. Many courses available are good.

Satisfied with this course and college.
Placements: My batch is 2023-2027 and the course I have taken CSE-AI which specializations in artificial intelligence. There are other courses with AI like robotics and machine learning. The highest package is 54 LPA, which I think so not exactly the course they offer like Java, full-stack, and many others.
Infrastructure: The hostel is somewhat you are comfortable with AC. You can go there the better option if you enter this college. You can enter an AC hostel which will be way more better than non-AC. Because the non-AC hostel will be like 5 sharing, and the main problem is water. They will allow the water for a certain time in that time you need to store the water in the bucket.
Faculty: Teachers are better and they are knowledgeable. If I need to tell the teachers will be 8/10. The semester will be easy if you get good marks in internal exams. If you fail 2 internal exams, you will find like hard to get pass. The maths will be somewhat tough if you have good concept of 11th and 12th maths, you can be good at semester 1 and 2 maths.
Other: In this college, the cultural will be top-notch. The placements are good compared to other colleges.

The college has really good facilities and the placement cell is performing very well.
Placements: In our placement cell, they helped to get jobs for around 96% of full-time roles and 52% of them got internship opportunities. The highest package offered by the companies was 41 LPA and the lowest amount offered by companies was 3 LPA. On average, it is around 5.7 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college has very good facilities and infrastructure. All the classes in our Center for Advanced Studies are equipped with air conditioning. Each student is provided with systems for their learning purposes. We have good hostel accommodation at our college.
Faculty: The teachers at our college are very friendly to the students. They really help us get projects and involve us in various events and workshops, which help us improve our skillset as well as ourselves. The exams are moderately difficult. A student has to get 50% of the marks to pass the exams.
