The University also offers a five-year Integrated MSc in Biotechnology and a PG BSc programme to admission to which are completely based on merit released basis the OEE exam conducted by SPPU. 

The selected candidates have to pay the admission fees or the first semester fees to lock their seats. UniPune fee structure is inclusive of different components, such as tuition fees, hostel fees, security deposit, etc. Savitribai Phule Pune University BSc tuition fee ranges from INR 7,900 to INR 7.6 lakh. In addition, the hostel charges are INR 3.15 lakh.
