Savitribai Phule offers multiple scholarships for every category students. To be eligibilbe for the scholarships candidates have to qualify certain criteia:

• For engineering graduates who have confirmed admission to a Master's Degree in Engineering and Technology at a foreign accredited university (D.K. Bhave Scholarship).
• Girls belonging from minority communities in Maharashtra students in grades 5–10 from (Savitribai Phule Scholarship).

MBA at UNIPUNE is offered for 2 years with an annual intake of 22,214 students, segregated within the colleges affiliated with SPPU.
