I am satisfied after taking admission, as college helps a lot in our education.
Placements: It is a very good college in terms of education, but in terms of education, they only give us information regarding hiring companies. All roles are offered for students. After college, they connect with us for a discussion of joining if we wish. It gave us marketing messages of sales companies like Altruist Technologies and Wipro. Work from home is even offered based on experience.
Infrastructure: Labs are very nice. I am a B.A. in Economics student. All labs available are too good. The library is also peaceful, and all books are even available. Each department has its own canteen. All types of food varieties are available. The college is good at sports, and it even has a big playground.
Faculty: All staff members are helpful. If students are not regular to college, then all staff members message and give a reminder to submit the presentation or assignments or to be present for the viva. The difficulty level of semester exams is moderate. 95% of students clear exams.
Other: College timings are from 7 AM to 1 PM. In the morning, all lectures should be attended by individuals as it helps to gain information and notes. All days, fresher party, farewell party, saree day, and MS match day are celebrated.

B.A. in Economics - Batch of 2025
Offered by Christ College, Pune

All events are organized by students very well.
Placements: For a B.A. at Christ College, Pune, placements are significantly weaker compared to B.Com, B.Sc., and BBA programs. There's a comprehensive view around 40% of B.A., economics students secured campus placements on a large-scale campus drive. Many students find jobs independently in marketing or entry-level roles.
Infrastructure: The facility and infrastructure are available for my courses and department. Free Wi-Fi is available for students and staff. There are touch screens that make it easy to study and for presentations. The food price is a little high but tastes very good. Facilities like for sport there is the turf for football, there is a basketball court, cricket ground, and for indoor games on 4 floor, there is table tennis, carrom, etc.
Faculty: The department's teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Teachers explain the topic with relevant examples teachers make students industry-ready like teaching how to present the project, etc. The semester exams are tough. The passing percentage is 22 credits each semester.

Excellent faculty members, no placements, no discipline, and no good college life.
Placements: There are no placements at all directly from college. Students have to do additional courses to get jobs. They have to do other courses after a degree to be eligible for jobs. The college does not offer any placements. We have to forget about companies.
Infrastructure: The college has average infrastructure. Classrooms have fans except for departmental classrooms. The arts building does not have well-equipped washrooms. They only have washrooms for staff. Only departments of various subjects are well-equipped with ventilation and other technical elements like projectors.
Faculty: Faculty members are excellent. They are very educated and experienced. They are very understanding and helpful. They teach very well. The problem is college lacks discipline and punctuation. There is barely any exposure and experiential learning.
Other: This is the best place for those who need to do some degree or course but cannot attend lectures and basically like an external degree but on the name of a regular one.

It's the best college that doesn't have events and continuously focuses on studies.
Placements: There are 60 students per course and it may vary depending upon different courses. I personally prefer working with NGOs and teachers assist us with it. It depends on students and teachers what type of internship is good for us and they do find placements for us after graduation.
Infrastructure: Labs are well-maintained and clean with all equipment needed. The library has a lot of informative books. Our college does have a boys hostel but not a girls hostel. The college canteen is a bit small but still has many items on the menu and hygienic food too.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and do help us with a lot of things. They share a great knowledge. Teachers do teach us very well. They share question banks and paper patterns to study so it becomes easy to handle and pass the semester exams. 45% is a must to pass exams.
Other: Actually, I'm studying B.A. psychology but there is not an option so I chose sociology as it's my minor subject. Because I love talking and reading the minds of people, getting to know how they feel, and helping them to get out of it. What they should improve is sending SMS and important notices on time. Our college does not organsies many fests but 1 or 2 events happen throughout the year. They are great and interesting.

College is good but there is a lot of improvement needed.
Placements: There is no placement provided by the college. Students have to search for jobs and students who work do not get support from the college. I was studying a subject called functional English there was job training in the syllabus itself. But college do not offer any internships or any job suggestions for it.
Infrastructure: College has very poor infrastructure. There are 2 hostels but students who are not local, mostly live as paying guests or rent rooms. Library of college is quite good. There are n number of books. There is computer lab but computer system is very old. Washrooms are not cleaned properly and most of the doors are broken. In short, there is nothing good in this college in the name of infrastructure.
Faculty: I am pursuing B.A. in political and it is very theoretical course. This course will not make industry ready. Most students choose B.A. for the preparation for competitive exams like UPSC, MPSC, and other services exams but I insist students pursue a master's for better opportunities. Teaching staff of the college is supportive. Teachers are knowledgeable. They always support students and advise them for further studies.
Other: This college is considered as one of the best colleges in the city. Crowd here is pretty decent. Teaching staff is supportive but there are many shortcomings that college should address.

Everything is average, so it's up to you.
Placements: 30% of students chose the course that we are doing now. I don't think there is any package offered for the same course. 1-2% of students got internships in companies like Wipro, etc., as HR, Assistant Manager, etc. There is no specific internship they are offering. If any students want to do one by themselves, they are welcome.
Infrastructure: Faculty is not so good; even they are all freshers (I think). No Wi-Fi service, no special lab or library available. I’m living in the hostel, and I'll say everything is average, including the canteen, mess, medical facilities, and sports. The food is okay, but there are no sports activities in my college.
Faculty: Yeah, teachers encourage us to do extra activities, related or not exactly related to our course. Semester exams are not so difficult for me personally, I would say. Rather, they are medium in difficulty level. The passing percentage may be above 50% of total students, as I described, the paper is not so hard as usually it is in other colleges.
Other: I chose this course as my plan B after Economics.
