My honest review about my college.
Placements: There are many campus placements conducted in the college, and many reputed companies try to find their best employees from our college. Apart from regular recruiters like Deloitte, Sapient, ICICI Bank, LAVA, Bharti Retail, and TATA Power, the placement season this year also witnessed new names like InfoEdge (Naukri.com), SoftBank, Polaris, Unison International, Right Management, Salt Dee Fe, Emerson, Healthkart, and Dharma Life, among others.
Infrastructure: Rooms are spacious. First-year students have to share rooms, but from second year onwards they are free to decide whether they want to continue sharing or choose a separate room. Rooms are plenty, and there has never been any shortage. PGs had an average rental of 1200 during my time.
Faculty: The faculty is good. Students are taught by eminent professors and experts from the industry. Various case studies and business scenarios are discussed during the tenure. Projects are given to students for detailed reports, and their weightage is included in final marks. I chose HR because I was interested in the course, and there are really great and experienced teachers with postgraduate and doctorate degrees in the college. My college has NAAC A Grade with one of the best science as well as commerce faculty in Pune. Many faculty members are gold medalists in different subjects. For me, MBA is the best course because I come from a commerce background and it has good and high placement rates, especially in MBA. Term exams are tough, but we are doing an MBA, so we need to pass.

Placements: There are good companies visiting our institute for placements in India as well as abroad. Most of the students got placed through the college. The average package is 5 LPA. It is not at all easy for the placement team to invite top leading companies to the college, but the team is very dedicated to becoming the bridge between students’ present and future and wants to truly be a stepping stone in their careers. I am very happy to be a part of this college, and this has led me to become a proud alumni.
Faculty: The course is excellent, with a strong focus on practical learning. There have been research activities done by the institute. The faculty here is very well qualified, with Ph.D. and MBA staff. They are very interactive with students. The faculty is well qualified and fully experienced in teaching the courses. I can interact with them anytime, as the faculty always clears all our doubts. The course curriculum is designed with one and only one objective, which is to guide students to become the best leaders/managers in their field and to show them the way to handle situations. The course includes a lot of assignments, projects, presentations, case studies, etc. We also visit various field trips to experience the industry firsthand and learn from those experiences. The college takes no step back in giving us different sorts of experiences.

Placements: Placements are good here. Our regular recruiters are DE Shaw, Arcesium, Barclays, PWC, RBS, Bank of America, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Bira, and many others. Various profiles that are offered here include investor relations, Financial Reporting, Management company accounting, Tax, Compliance, Management Reporting, Risk Analytics, etc. The highest package is 28 LPA. The average package is 9 LPA. There are different grounds of interview as well as some group discussions conducted, based on which students get placed into the recruitment with the package offering. Almost 70 percent of students get placed every year. There is also a separate placement cell.
Infrastructure: The hostel provides a lot of facilities including public to private facilities for both males and females. The dorms and washrooms are maintained and kept clean here. They also provide laundry service, medical services, and safety. The quality of food is healthy and they serve it 4 times a day in a specific time slot. The hostel facilities along with the fees are highly cost-effective and convenient as well.
Faculty: The faculty of this college is very learned and experienced, and they are taking classes regularly without missing any of them. The teachers are very strict about attendance and the college follows the strict rule on that also. They help us a lot while solving problems. The semester system followed for each subject consists of 100 marks, which is further divided into internal (30 percent) and external (70 percent). Internals are totally in the hands of the teaching faculty that's how they want to allocate marks. The internals comprise various case studies, individual and group presentations, surprise tests, attendance, class tests, class assignments, and behaviour. Course curriculum is constantly updated by providing relevant courses in the field of marketing, finance, operations, HR, and skill-building courses like analytics and digital marketing. Placements: Placements are pretty decent in our college. Our placement cell works hard to maintain a close tie-up with many big brands. They invite corporate representatives for on-campus placements and internships. In addition, dedicated personality development sessions and mock interview sessions are organized on campus to help prepare students for the placement process. Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and Reliance Industries, among others, visit the campus for placement offers, with an average package of 4 LPA going up to the highest of 20 LPA, which also depends on the skills.
Infrastructure: The course curriculum is quite great. It has been customized to match the pace of the rapidly growing corporate sector of India. The college has created its own curriculum, and the entire course is divided into four semesters with nine subjects per semester. In addition to that, we study some elective subjects like a foreign language (French), Behavioral Science, etc. Fully equipped separate hostels for boys and girls are available, featuring semi-furnished rooms with adequate light and ventilation, 24/7 water supply, and maintained hygienic kitchens.

Placements: Placements were good. Almost 80% got placed, and almost all IT majors and automobile companies like Hyundai and Honda made it. Finance and Research companies like top companies come to campus for recruitment, like Blue Star, Bajaj Allianz, GE Capital, Dabur, Birla Sunlife, etc. The average package stood around 5.5 LPA, and the highest goes up to 20 LPA, depending on the skills and qualifications. The college had good contacts with the industry, so they have been successful in placing almost all the students. Some of them, including me, had been lucky and had multiple offers in hand.
Infrastructure: It was a well-structured curriculum. It obviously helps if you know exactly what field you want your career in, but they also give us one year to figure out the subjects you want to do for your major. In the long term, it doesn't matter what subjects you studied. Hostel amenities are good. Hostel rooms are spacious, and we have single and shared basis hostels. Will be provided with wardrobes, individual beds, blankets, towels, pillows, tables and chairs. Also provides laundry facilities. Mess includes both veg and non-veg, and apart from the mess, there are many branded outlets.
Faculty: The faculty are very much qualified, and the way they teach us is very impressive. We have smart classes, and the whole system is offline with a smart board PPT presentation. The teaching aspects of faculty members are very nice, they teach us very well, and they create an environment in which we can study easily.
