UNIRAJ MBA admissions are offered based on students' performance in the URATPG exam. Thus, interested students are required to register and appear for the university's in-house entrance exam. The application portal for the same generally opens in the month of June.

Through RAPIM, a part of Rajasthan University, UNIRAJ provides MBA programmes. A total of 120 students are enrolled per year and the admission is based on performance on either the PIM-MAT or URATPG entrance exams, with the exception of the PhD track.
