IIT Mandi BTech cutoff 2024 was released across multiple specialisations. Among all the courses, CSE was the most sought-after BTech specialisation, with first and last-round closing ranks of 2869 and 3118 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. Other options available under the BTech course were Data Science, engineering, mathematics, and Computing. The JEE Advanced last-round closing ranks for Data Science, engineering, and Mathematics and Computing were 3918 and 4089, respectively.

IIT Mandi Cutoff 2024 For OBC All India Category 

For the OBC category students, CSE turned out to be the most competitive BTech specialisation, with first and last rounds closing ranks of 1236 and 1274. Compared to the first round, the cutoff ranks saw a shift in the closing ranks after each round. The second most in-demand BTech specialisation was Data Science and Engineering, with a lenient last-round cutoff rank of 1679. The first-round cutoff rank for the same specialisation was 1608. Considering the JEE Advanced cutoff 2024, the cutoff ranks saw a significant shift in their closing ranks for most of the BTech courses from the first to the concluding round for the ST AI category students. BTech specialisations such as Computer Science and Engineering and Data Science and Engineering, with the lowest differences in their closing ranks, suggest that the demand for these courses was more stable as compared to other courses.
