There are instances when companies chose LPU students in a recruitment process parallel with IIMs and IITs. Placement Record of Lovely Professional University

Talking about the record for the last five years; in 2018 there were 63 companies that offered a package of more than INR 5 LPA. Since then the number of companies offering the same package has increased. In 2019, the number of companies increased to approximately 135; in 2020, the number of companies increased to 224 and the year 2021 showed tremendous growth, the number of companies that offered packages of more than INR 5 LPA was nearly around 421. Finally, in the year 2022, a total of 504 companies came up with the same scale of packages. Now this shows the truly sustainable trait of Lovely Professional University that not only proved to fetch good packages in normal times but also showed excellent results during COVID-19. 

The results are very surprising in terms of the number of companies that recruited LPU students in the last five years. In the year 2018, approximately 580 companies recruited LPU students. In 2019, the number increased and 648 companies visited. In the year 2020, the number was 710. In 2021, the number of companies that visited the campus was 906 and in 2022, 1050 companies visited the university. This shows that year after year Lovely Professional University has improved its capability of attracting various types of business tycoons. This also shows the continuously improving trust of companies in LPU students. 

Salary Packages offered during Placements

Let's talk about the highest domestic package, the companies offered to LPU students in the last five years. In 2018, the maximum package offered to LPU students was INR 28 LPA and the same was maintained in the year 2019.  In 2020, a package of INR 42 LPA was offered but in 2021, it could reach INR 40 LPA only. The year 2022 has shown record growth in fetching the highest domestic package of INR 62.72 LPA. I think the given statistics are sufficient enough to talk about the quality education and quality placement of Lovely Professional University.
