Students’ Speak: Learn from the mistakes and give your best
By: Sanskar Gupta
Failure is not something to be feared of. It is a part of everyone's journey. Fail itself means the first attempt in learning. Fearing from failure is not the solution but attempting to overcome failure is a must.
Failure isn't going to destroy you instead it will teach a very special lesson that will make you more mature. This maturity that comes from failure upgrades the human. Every aspirant who has cleared JEE has learnt from his/her failure for sure. The universal fact is a person isn't truly successful if he/she never failed in his/her life.

Only those who are not trying their best fear of failure. Fear automatically goes away when people are fully satisfied with themselves about giving their best attempt. Ask a loser, that person will give you reasons for his failure. Ask a person who has cleared JEE, that person will let you know about the chances when he wasn't able to succeed but will also tell you about that one single opportunity which he didn't miss and succeeded. Just light up the winning spirit inside you and you will never ever fear failure after that single moment.
Work on your weakness
You are the only one who knows your strengths and weaknesses, so just start working on your weakness and convert that weakness into your strength. This is how you're going to avoid failure and if failed then don't give up, analyse the mistakes and again work on them, keep trying till you get successful. You don't even have any idea about how much of a big motivation you are for yourself. Analyse yourself, ask yourself a question at every step - "Am I truly capable enough for what I was going to achieve?”
Never worry about what society will say if you fail. These ruthless people will always taunt you, none even cares about you, it's just a fun task for them to taunt people, they even don't know how much you have sacrificed, they have no idea about what failure taught you or how much more mature it made you. A skilled person is never born with the skill, he/she learns from the mistakes made during the time of shaping skills.
Prepare very well for the exams. The spark is inside you, ask your mind and soul, only you can sense that. So let it come up. Let it increase, let it become a fire, that fire which is going to make you become a better version of yourself. Believe in yourself, only you can do it. Don't sit quiet, start from a spark and come up erupting as lava, giant lava.
