Let's explore the stories of students whose dreams have found wings with KRMU. Meet Mahek Saxena, Ankit Khatana, Harsh Garg, Ishmeet Kaur, Abhishek Chaudhary, Palak Bhalla, Harshit Sharma, and Shashank Shekhar, all of whom demonstrate the power of ambition, resilience, and mentorship. 

Mahek Saxena, I am in the final semester of my BHMCT program and currently, I am working as a On Job Trainee in the Rooms Division department at The Oberoi Gurgaon, my dream of working with the top-notch hotel in the country is fulfilled and I would love to thank my dean and faculties for the same.

 

 

Ankit Khatana, currently I am working in Fairmont Hotel, Jaipur as a On Job Trainee in food production, I wanted to be a chef since the time I set foot in the university and today I am on the fast track to become one with an amazing 5-star hotel, thank you for my university and faculty for helping me achieve the same.

 

 

Harsh Garg, I always wanted to do my final internship in an international hotel, I will be joining Le Meridien, Ile Maurice, Mauritius as a specialised trainee in the Rooms Division department, the road to reach this destination was tough but has been a very rewarding one.

 

 

Ishmeet Kaur, going to the US to work or study was a dream that I had since I was a little girl and today it has been fulfilled, I will be joining Mission Point Resort, Michigan, as an Associate in Guest Services, I would wholeheartedly like to thank my dean mam for making this possible.

 

Abhishek Chaudhary, I was not very sure of which department to join for my final training but post working in the practicals and after attending sessions with a lot of industry experts from different hotels, I realised that my heart was sent in becoming a restaurant manager and hence I am very thankful for being able to join Le Meridien, Ile Maurice, Mauritius as a specialised trainee in the Food and Beverage department. All thanks to my university and my faculty.

 

 

Palak Bhalla, Sales Associate at Movenpick, Dubai, I had the most fun at KRMU, right from the beginning when I won the title of Miss Fresher to joining Andaz Hotel as an intern to becoming an international sales associate, the ride has been amazing, and I am very thankful to the university for everything that they have done for me. Currently, I am at a package of 2200 Dirhams per month.

 

 

 

Harshit Sharma, Manager at Jupiter Hotels, Brighton, United Kingdom, When I joined the university, I had no idea that I would achieve so much in such a short amount of time, I owe it all to my faculty and my university. My current salary is 2200 Pounds per month.

 

 

Shashank Shekhar, Chef at The Roseate Hotels, New Delhi, came from a small city where I learned the ways of working in a hotel by interning in the Maldives, then at Andaz Hotel and finally getting an amazing placement at the Roseate, my knowledge, my skills and my confidence has increased by leaps and bounds, for all this I thank my university.
