Q1. What motivated you to pursue a career in business education, and how did you end up in your current role as Director of the MBA program at Chandigarh University?
A: Business is at the heart of every professional entity, striving for customer acquisition, engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty, along with meeting bottom lines, regardless of the industry or sector. Business, as a domain, is dynamic, challenging, and interesting, as it deals not only with numbers in terms of capital, sales, or profits but also with human beings as individuals and as groups. Understanding human psychology to respond to business questions has always fascinated me as a learner, and I think this is an important domain to understand. Any country that has its human capital equipped with strong business acumen stands for a strong and sustainable social and economic future.
