Avoid preparing for weak areas: By the last week, the candidates must have identified their strong and weak areas. While they should revise their strength areas, in the last week before the test, one should not attempt to prepare for the weak areas since it would not only create a sense of stress but would also cost them the time they could have utilised in revising other areas of the test.

Take a couple of mock tests: In the last week before the DU JAT 2022 exam, candidates can take one or two mock tests for practice purpose. Not only will they be able to check their preparation level, but will also help them decide the final strategy to take the test.

Practical Tips in Last Week before DU JAT 2022

Download Admit Card: The DU JAT 2022 admit card is available for download over the official website. Candidates should download and take multiple print copies and preserve them till the admission process is over. After downloading the admit card, they must check for the accuracy of the information and details printed on the admit card. In case of any error, they have to contact the National Testing Agency(NTA) officials and get the errors rectified.

Arrange Documents: Apart from the DU JAT 2022 admit card, candidates have to carry a government-issued photo identity card such as Aadhaar Card, passport size photograph and self-declaration form. Instead of waiting for the last date, it would be ideal to arrange these documents in advance.

Arrange safety and personal item kit: Owing to the pandemic scenario, candidates have to follow a number of safety measures and guidelines laid down by the NTA officials. They have to carry a hand sanitiser of 50 ml, a transparent water bottle and a pen. Candidates will be provided with a triple-layered mask at the entry gate, where they have to discard the mask they are wearing while entering the exam hall.

Locate the test centre and plan for the journey: Test takers must take note of the distance DU JAT exam centre from their homes and plan the logistics well in advance. They must check the approximate duration it would take to reach the centre and decide the mode of commute well in advance to avoid last-minute hassles. Candidates should reach the test centre at least 1.5 hours prior to the exam schedule.

Monitor health condition: Although before entering the exam hall candidates’ temperature will be checked with an infrared thermometer, it is suggested that candidates monitor their health closely in the last week before the DU JAT 2022 exam by checking their temperature and for other symptoms such as cough, cold, breathing difficulty, etc. In case of any discomfort or indisposition, they must consult a doctor at the earliest and follow the treatment measures suggested by him/her.
