IPMAT registration 2026 has started on February 2, 2026. The IPMAT application form is available on IIM Indore website, iimidr.ac.in, and there will be no provision for offline IPMAT Indore registration 2026. The last date of IPMAT form filling is March 14, 2026. 

Before filling out the IPMAT 2026 form, it is important to check the IPMAT eligibility criteria for the exam. Application forms for IPMAT 2026 will be accepted only for candidates who will be eligible to apply for the exam. IPMAT registration last date 2026 has been released by the exam conducting authorities in the detailed notification. IIM Indore IPMAT 2026 will be conducted on May 4, 2026. IIM Rohtak will also release the IPMAT Rohtak application form 2026 online on February 6, 2026, tentatively.

IPMAT Indore Application Form 2026 Highlights

Given below are a few important points about the IPMAT form 2026:

  • IPMAT application process is completely online. There is no provision of filling the IPMAT Indore application form offline. 
  • The IPMAT application fee can be paid online using any online transaction mode.
  • Students must be at least 20 years of age as of July 31, 2026. (Five years of relaxation to the students from the SC,ST,PwD category will be given i.e. born on or after August 01, 2006).
  • Students are required to choose their IPMAT exam centre during the application form filling

IPMAT Indore Eligibility Criteria 2026

IPMAT eligibility criteria 2026 state:

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 60 per cent in Class 10 and 12 or equivalent CGPA
  • The minimum aggregate for SC, ST and PwD (DA) category students is 55 percent
  • Candidates should have passed qualifying exam in 2024, 2025, or appearing in 2026
  • Candidates appearing for Class 12 boards or awaiting results are also eligible to apply provisionally

Candidates who wish to appear for IPMAT exam must follow process mentioned below to know how to register for exam and log in to IIM Indore website:

  • Go to website of IIM Indore

  • Click on registration link for IPMAT 2026

  • Candidate needs to generate a User ID and password using details such as name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, etc.

Q:   If any student gets 2% less than 60% in Class 10 or Class 12, will he be able to take IPMAT?
A: 

Minimum eligibility criteria for IPMAT is a score of at least 60 per cent in both Class 10 and Class 12 or equivalent for General and NC-OBC categories. Candidate should have scored a minimum of 55% in case of SC, ST and PWD DA categories. 

Also, they should be a maximum of 20 years of age as of July 31, 2026. 

Q:   Is there a fee charged for IPMAT application form correction?

No, candidates do not have to pay any fee for IPMAT form correction. The facility is provided to candidates free of cost. However, if they have made an error in a field that is not available for editing, then, they will have to fill a fresh IPMAT form before submission deadline and pay the application fee again.

How to Apply for IPMAT 2026? Step by Step IPM Application Process

Students can fill the IPMAT exam form 2026 by:

  • Go to website of IIM Indore

  • Click on registration link for IPMAT 2026 or copy https://cdn.digialm.com//EForms/configuredHtml/1329/97663/Registration.html

  • The student needs to generate a User ID and a password

  • This User ID and password will also be sent to the student through the registered email and SMS

  • Next, the student needs to re-login using the details

  • The next step is to enter the required details in the application form. Candidates must ensure that they enter the correct details, as these cannot be changed later

  • Pay the registration fee through a Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking

  • Students belonging to reserved categories need to submit valid and attested certificates supporting their reservation category

Q:   Can I pay the IPMAT registration fee by cash/DD or net banking?
A: 

IPMAT registration fee can be paid only online. There is no provision of paying the application fee offline. Candidates need to pay the application fee online in order to complete the IPMAT application form. The candidates applying for the IPMAT exam must note that the IPMAT application process is completely online from filling the IPMAT application form till paying the application fee. There is no offline communication. The application fee for IPMAT is INR 4130. The application fee for IPMAT can only be paid online using a credit card, debit card, internet banking or UPI. Students belonging to the reserved category are eligible to avail a fee concession. The IPMAT application fee for reserved category students is INR 2065.

Q:   I am unable to upload my signatures in the IPMAT registration form. What should I do?
A: 

There is a set limit to upload a photograph and digital signatures in the IPMAT registration form. The size of the file should be between the prescribed size. Also, the dimensions of the image uploaded should match the ones mentioned in the instructions. If the documents are not in the prescribed format then the application form can be rejected. Candidates must note that there is a very small form correction window in the IPMAT application process, hence they must carefully fill the application form and upload clear scanned copies of the documents.

IPMAT Form Correction Instructions

Read below to know the important IPMAT 2026 form correction instructions:

  • Candidates who have completed the IPMAT 2026 application process can make changes in the application form (if any) within the stipulated time.
  • To make corrections in the form, candidates need to login on to the official website using their login credentials, i.e. Username and Password.
  • The application form correction window will be open for a day.
  • Candidates can make corrections in only a few fields such as Candidate’s Photo, Candidate’s Signature, Alternate Mobile Number, Alternate Email Address and Exam Centre City Preferences.
  • Changes and edits can be made only once. Once the form is saved after being edited, the form will be uneditable. Hence, make the corrections carefully.

Choosing the IPMAT Test Centre

Given below are a few instructions to keep in mind when choosing the IPMAT exam centre:

  • During the IPMAT application form filling, candidates can choose one IPMAT test centre.
  • The test cities cannot be changed once the IPMAT application form has been submitted.
  • The details of the IPMAT  test centre will be mentioned on the IPMAT admit card along with the date and time of the exam and the students will also be informed via SMS or email. 
  • Candidates must note that they will have to visit the same test centre that has been allotted to them. They cannot change the centre on the exam day too. No change requests will be entertained.

Q:   Is there a scholarship through IPMAT?

Yes, IIM Indore extends financial aid to the aspirants in need of financial assistance. The institute offers a Need Based Financial Assistance (NBFA) scholarship to ensure that no aspirant is deprived of education at the institute for financial reasons. All participants admitted to the Post-Graduate Programme in Management (PGP), PGP HRM (PGPH) and Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) with annual family income below INR 9,00,000 are eligible to apply for this scholarship. All the students who have applied through the EWS quota but have secured the seat through general or any other quota can also apply for NBFA. Any participant who have applied through SC, ST, OBC or physically handicapped quota and fall within the above eligibility criteria can also apply for the NBFA.

Q:   Is IPMAT conducted twice a year?

No, IPMAT is a national-level entrance exam conducted by IIM Indore only once annually. IPMAT Rohtak is also conducted only once by IIM Rohtak. Candidates seeking admission to IIM Indore's IPM programme have to fill the IPMAT registration form online using their email ID and mobile number. Candidates must check the IPMAT eligiblity criteria before filing the IPMAT application form. 

Q:   Can I choose desired IPMAT test centre?

Difficulty of IPMAT maths questions is generally based on Class 9 to 12 level. The QA section focuses on application based questions. Mostly questions are from Class 11 and Class 12 level such as Algebra, Matricies, etc.

IIM Rohtak accepts IPMAT Rohtak scores for IPM admissions. TAPMI University Manipal also accepts IPMAT Rohtak scores but also accept IPMAT Indore. 

Most IIMs accept IPMAT Indore scores.

No, one cannot change the exam centre after IPMAT admit card has been issued. One cannot take the exam at any other centre other than the one mentioned in their admit card, either. So make an informed decision at time of selecting the test city in the IPMAT application form.
