Maharashtra State CET Cell releases the provisional allotment lists for Maharashtra State and All India candidates separately. The MAH BBA/BMS CAP Round 1 Seat Allotment Result 2026 has been released by the Maharashtra State CET Cell on its official website. Candidates can check their allotment status at official CAP portal by entering their login credentials. The Round 1 result was released on August 10, 2026. Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round 1 can confirm their admission by accepting the offer, paying the online fee, and reporting to the allotted institute by today. How to Check MAH BBA/BMS CAP Seat Allotment Result?
Follow steps below to check the result for MAH BBA CAP Seat Allotment:
- Go to the website of State CET Maharashtra Cell or directly click on portal.maharashtracet.org/
- Click on Admission Process and then click on the BBA/BCA/BBM/BMS course option
- Now, click on Check Allotment Status on top menu bar and choose CAP round option
- Enter the Application ID, Date of Birth and Course Group
- Finally, click on Check Status
- Admission status of the student will be displayed online

What to do after MAH BBA CAP Seat Allotment Result is released?
Once the Maharashtra State CET Cell releases the result for CAP seat allotment, candidates have to perform two major tasks: one is to accept the allotted seat and the second is to report to the allotted institute and confirm admission by submitting required documents and paying the fee. Check below to know about them in detail.
If You Are Satisfied With the Allotted Seat
- In case a candidate is satisfied with his/her allotted seat, he/she has to self-verify the seat allotment by accepting the declaration in their login, claiming the details related to qualifying marks, category, gender, reservation, specific reservation, etc., earlier.
- After accepting the seat, candidates have to report to the institute and receive confirmation of admission. The institute will verify the submitted documents, such as previous academic marksheets, MAH BBA CET scorecard, admit card, etc. and upload the admission of the candidates online.
- The authorities will then share a system-generated receipt of confirmation of admission and the fee paid receipt to the candidate.
If You Are NOT Satisfied With the Allotted Seat
Candidates who are not satisfied with their current offered seat and want betterment in the subsequent rounds have to select the Not Freeze/ Betterment option and pay the seat acceptance fee through their login by online mode.
Note:
- In CAP Round 1, if the candidate found the claim made by him/her is not correct and wants to correct the error, he/she can report the grievance through his/her login by online mode only
- Candidates who have been allotted the seat as per their first preference in Round 1 (auto-freezed), first three preferences in Round II (auto-freezed), first six preferences in Round III (auto-freezed), or first time in Round IV will have to pay the seat acceptance fee through their login.

Foreign National category candidates have to submit following documents:
- Eligibility Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi (AIU) if the candidate passed the qualifying examination from abroad
- Passport of the candidate
- Affidavit of candidate/Parent disclosing his full identity i.e. full name, age, residence, occupation, relationship with candidate duly signed by the candidate/ parents
- Residence proof
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
- Qualifying exam certificate
