Q:   What is Andhra Pradesh ICET qualifying score?
A: 

As per the Andhra Pradesh ICET qualifying score, candidate must score a minumum of 25% marks i.e., 50 out of 200 to qualify for shortlisting criteria. The Andhra Pradesh ICET qualifying criteria will not be applicable for the candidates belonging to the reserved category. Candidates meeting the passing marks will be considered for the shortlisting criteria. Andhra Pradesh ICET colleges releases the Andhra Pradesh ICET cut off based on candidate's score.

APSCHE has released the Andhra Pradesh ICET exam section weightage. Andhra Pradesh ICET 2026 question paper will consist of 200 questions.   1. Analytical Ability: 75
  2. Mathematical Ability: 55

Q:   Is there any negative marking in Andhra Pradesh ICET exam?
A: 

No, there is no negative marking in Andhra Pradesh ICET exam. As per the Andhra Pradesh ICET marking scheme, candidate will get one mark for every correct answer and no mark will be deducted for any wrong answer or not attempted questions. The maxmimum marks are 200. Candidates must carefully mark their response and attempt maximum number of questions.

Andhra University, Visakhapatnam accepts APICET scores for admission to the MBA and MCA courses. Candidates seeking admission can refer to the table given below to check out the previous year APICET cutoff trends. The Andhra University APICET cutoff 2024 has been released for Home State quotas. As per the Andhra University cutoff 2024, the cutoff for Andhra University College of Engineering was 404 for General Home State category candidates. Moreover, the MBA at College of Arts and Commerce, and Gayatri Vidya Parishad College for Degree and PG courses stood at 13868 for the Home State quota belonging to General category. 

Q:   Can I re-appear for Andhra Pradesh ICET exam?

AP ICET exam is conducted once in a year. Candidates can re-appear for the exam in next academic year. For the upcoming examination, Andhra Pradesh ICET 2025 is scheduled to be held on May 07, 2025. The next Andhra Pradesh ICET 2026 exam will be scheduled in first week of May 2026. Candidates must stay updated with the exam dates to prepare for the exam well.

Candidates securing the minimum 25% marks or 50 out of 200 marks shall be considered pass and will be assigned ranks basis on the score obtained. Which is sche.ap.gov.in/APICET. Click on the link that says "Download Response Sheet" on the homepage. Enter your registration number, hall ticket number, and date of birth in the required fields. Click on the "Submit" button. Your response sheet will be displayed on the screen. You can download and take a printout of the response sheet for future reference. Note: The APICET response sheet is usually released after the examination. If it has not been released yet, you may have to wait for the official notification from APICET.

Andhra Pradesh ICET cutoff is released after the results are announced. AP ICET accepting colleges releases the list of score and ranks applicable for admissions to the MBA/MCA programme during the counselling process. On the basis of the preferences enetered by the candidates during the AP ICET counselling registration process and AP ICET rank, candidates are allotted the colleges. Candidates can choose to freeze or move to further counselling rounds. Andhra Pradesh ICET 2025 counselling dates will be announced after the declaration of results. Candidates must ensure to complete  the AP ICET 2025 counselling registration process to appear for counselling rounds.
